First of all, it's a wonderful thing to see, after so many years, Shaman players finally get their pure control option. I have been waiting for this for a while.
That being said, I recently wrote on #24 of the "done with Hearthstone this expansion" thread of the tendency of players to claim that they are too good to play the "easy" decks, and that inevitably, the EASY decks are aggro or combo. This implies, of course, that control decks are the pinnacle of intellectual play, and while I don't accept this premise for a second, many of the complainers on this website have made it clear they do.
So, going with your premise, you have your deck right here. The specific list linked above is heavily teched against the Bomb Warriors, and I have only lost one game in that matchup so far. However, there are countless ways to make small adjustments to address whatever you are having trouble with, including a good few spots to run Hecklebots if some other type of combo deck that requires battlecry effects becomes popular.
This Shaman deck is a perfect jack-of-all-trades answer to any meta, in that it can be heavily slanted towards any matchup. In addition to cleansing your deck of bombs and healing a downright obscene amount, this deck can grow to 50 cards if played correctly, at least matching if not far exceeding any other fatigue play.
So, here it is. Don't try this list if all you are running into is token druid and zoo, but by all means, change the obvious 4-5 cards into taunts and tempo gains, and go to town. Your intellectual play awaits.

Helpful Clarification on Forbidden Topics for Hearthstone Forums:
Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
I know. That's why I went on about the deck being well-suited for adjustment.
There are a lot of decks out there with a gimmick that dictates the majority of card choices fairly specifically. Malygos Druid, in the last meta, didn't have a lot of room for meta tech.
Also, the public tournaments starting in the next couple of months will be played on the Specialist format, which lends itself to this sort of arrangement.
But most importantly, I just want the elitists of the control world to stop pretending there are no options.

Considering i hate shaman i can still complain XD. Hinestly im fine with control having counters.
My only problem is if im running a stupid gimmick deck that used to win 1/6 games, with the new anti combo cards and current bomb obsession its more like 1/12

If you have a deck idea might as well go full ham on it.
