I'm a free to play player and I made the mistake of focusing my collection on Shaman since its my favorite class to play. However Blizzard has been destroying the class slowly the past few months to the point where no matter which shaman deck I use, I can't do anything on rank 8 onwards agaisn't any meta deck. I just want my 500 dust but I lose 3 out of 4 games now after the last decent shaman deck got nerfed into oblivion.
Anyone got a decent shaman deck that can win games after rank 10?
You should look at Kibler's Evolve decks. He uses the synergy between Krag'wa, the Frog and Unstable Evolution in order to get big boys every turn and to make his opponent slowly run out of answers. Obviously it's not a Tier 1 deck, but he has arrived to Legend multiple times with it!
Extreme fatigue control archtype with old shudder core + zentimo, mojomaster, kragwa and haunting visions. Obviously you have to remove lifedrinkers, saronites & co.
I got you fam! :). Shaman is my favorite class too, so I feel ya. I always experiment with tons of Shaman decks but here's a couple of my more successful ones. *Note: in the second video, I would replace 2 Harvest Golem for 2 Knife Juggler to keep the curve the same after nerfs*

here you go man, this is pretty slow, but it beats aggro, and outvalues any other deck practically. ### **All Inenemental # Class: Shaman # Format: Standard # Year of the Raven # # 2x (1) Fire Fly # 2x (1) Glacial Shard # 2x (2) Earthen Might # 2x (2) Elementary Reaction # 2x (2) Fire Plume Harbinger # 2x (2) Menacing Nimbus # 2x (3) Bog Slosher # 2x (3) Tar Creeper # 2x (4) Fire Plume Phoenix # 2x (4) Tol'vir Stoneshaper # 2x (5) Servant of Kalimos # 2x (6) Fire Elemental # 1x (6) Grumble, Worldshaker # 2x (7) Blazecaller # 1x (8) Hagatha the Witch # 1x (8) Kalimos, Primal Lord # 1x (9) Shudderwock # AAECAaoIBPPCAqvnAqfuAu/3Ag29AZPBApfBApnCAqzCAuvCAsLDAsrDAsjHArDwArP3AoqAA4uFAwA= # # To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone # Generated by HDT - https://hsreplay.net

Yeah some version of this seems to be the best. There is a lot of work left to be done on it. It still doesn’t feel as precise as I think it can.
a) the Evolve route via Unstable Evolution coupled with a good Battlecry shell (preferably Elementals) and Shudderwock as late game value generator rather than OTK combo piece.
b) the extremely slow, value-oriented Control route. This doesn't have a real win condition and gets heavily outclassed by comparable decks.
Aggressive, board-centric Shaman decks won't survive the nerf of Flametongue Totem as their early game doesn't exist anymore. And Burn lists (whether it's focused on spells or the old Doomhammer + Rockbiter Weapon combo) need more than just Spirit of the Frog and Totemic Smash to become viable. I've tried a weird Miracle-kind of deck which uses Krag'wa, the Frog to salvage the low cost burn spells. It's obviously not on the same power level as regular Maly Druid, but interesting.

At the moment Shaman is in the same poor state it's been pre-TGT. If T5 don't come up with something powerful (no Freeze, Murloc or Totem shenanigans anymore!) when the rotation hits, the class might just be abandoned. And in regards to Evolve, it should've never been a thing.
Shaman isnt very good atm because its a midrange value deck. You get stomped by OTK and deathknights like Jaina. On the bright side almost all OTK decks will be unplayable after rotation and all those deathknights Shaman aint playin move "out of my jungle" as well.
Bottom line: Shaman is uniquely positioned to take the (funnel) cake after rotation since its not losing much and anything it does is easily replaced.

TLDR: Patience my friend ;)
It's not losing much? You mean like Kalimos and all the elemental package?
I tried Elemental Shudderwock Shaman and it isn't really good? U lose vs every OTK deck (more than just a few, ClonePriest, ToggDruid, Mechthunlock, Shirvalla/PalaDK, etc.) plus u got merely 50/50 against aggro, I don't think it is good to climb the ladder with. It just feels lackluster, even with tons of value in the deck, it still isnt enough imo.
Aggro/Burn shaman is also a hard coinflip and token shammy or evolve shammy might be the best right now on Standard ladder, however it depends very hard on good rng. Not really a good feeling being shaman right now, just wait for rotation and the new set, maybe this time the new expansion is not filled with so much garbage as the last one. :)
My advice: just take a break from the class imo, try something else till April. HF. ;-)

I agree. Elemental decks are a bit better than dragon decks because of great battlecries. But there's no deathrattle so control keeps wiping them, and they generate value but you can never seem to get it on the board before you're dead. Obviously you win games but they're too slow overall.

If it isn't aggro, blizzard doesn't care about it.

I feel you pain. Cuz shaman is my main too.
elemental shudderwock shaman? Also you can look at hsreplay for decks.
Good shaman deck?

Even shaman is still capable of getting legend. You can also use the new control shaman deck with elise and shudderwock.
Maybe you should try burn shaman
Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I'm checking all of them out see which one I can try :)

Currently there are two ways to play Shaman.
a) the Evolve route via Unstable Evolution coupled with a good Battlecry shell (preferably Elementals) and Shudderwock as late game value generator rather than OTK combo piece.

I feel it too, I love shaman and I feel like it has some powerful cards, but nothing quite gels right now as a solid deck.
Jade Shudderwock is super fun in wild
Elemental Hagatha i standard is fun and good too
