We saw that the "first ten packs" rule applies per set. Has anyone been able to confirm if the 40 pack rule is per set or across all sets?

It is per set, it has allways been like that.

Idk if I should start a new topic, but I too have a question about the pity timer. I use pitytimer.com to track my packs opening, and there are a bunch of stats about chances of getting a legendary or epic in your next pack.

Is there a tool that shows the chances of getting one in the, say, 10 next packs?
