I just finished all the adventures and i was thinking about disenchant every card from wild and focus only on standard, is this valid? What is the pros and cons from doing this?
The problem with "focusing only on Standard" is that the goal-posts for Standard are continuously moving: next April or so, Mean Streets, Whispers, and Karazhan will be moved over to Wild. So what then: destroy all of those cards for the dust? That's supremely inefficient. You're gaining a relatively-low amount of dust to acquire cards that have their own separate expiration date. Such a strategy is you chasing after a train (Standard) with a car low on gas: you occasionally put a little bit of gas in it to keep moving forward (dust), but you're never going to stay on pace with the train that way.
Frankly, there's nothing wrong with letting the train outpace you: as time progresses, your stockpile of Wild cards will only continue to grow, giving you an ever-growing source of ways to enjoy Wild. Players who have been around a long while will, if anything, eventually drop Standard for Wild, as that's where the vast majority of their cards are. They might still enjoy Standard for what it is, and the freshness of new material, but there's nothing inherently wrong with Wild such-that you should stay away from it.
TL;DR: Purging your Wild cards is a horrible idea. It's fine if you don't want to invest more into sets that have since moved to Wild, but destroying your cards to focus on Standard is short-sighted and a strategy with minimal actual merit.

Pros: You have a small amount of dust that might get you 1-3 Standard legendaries. By focusing on one game mode, you might reach a higher rank by putting in more time.
Cons: You severely limit the modes and decks you are able to play. When cards rotate, you will never be able to play them again. If you ever get tired of Standard, the best you can do is play Standard decks in Wild.
As a player of both modes, I love the ability to switch to the other mode when I get bored of the one I'm playing. Makes the game more fun for longer. I made the mistake of disenchanting some Wild cards at the Naxx/GVG rotation and have regretted it ever since. I wouldn't recommend it.
The benefit is probably that you will fare better in ranked standard. More time on one mode=higher ranks in standard and more dust=top tier standard decks and then some.
The con would probably be a loss of gaming experience. Personally, wild is a mode for me to enjoy when standard gets too boring. After all, the standard meta only consists of a few same decks compared to wild with many, many types. Also, your standard cards now will rotate to wild eventually anyway so you must constantly keep up with the changing meta.
Pick both modes if you intend to stay in this game for a long time. Pick standard if you know you will eventually quit.
Edit 2: How do I merge two posts??? PN would be very helpfull. I am just not used to "modern day" forums, sry.
Edit should be in the bottom-right, next to Report Reply Quote and Multi-quote. For some reason it disappears on me occasionally, but leaving the page and returning usually brings it back.
"Merging" realistically means editing what you meant to say into Post 1, whilst deleting Post 2 (which is found under Tools, next to Edit).

I do agree with all the comments above even if I took a slightly different approach: I disenchanted the cards I considered as really bad ( mainly legs and epics, the rest is not worth disenchanting) and kept the average and good ones. It gives me some dust to cope with the release of new expansion whilst still giving me the opportunity of playing wild with a good enough deck.

Why limit your playing capabilities? Dust rate is meh, and standard is basically just a castrated mode with a lesser card pool.
No. Just don't.

Thanks guys, im not going to disechant any cards anymore :)
