How often do people post on the salt thread about BM? I'd say it's not uncommon correct?
How often do YOU BM when you have the chance to do it? I have never been a fan...just seems like a waste of time to rope/play every card possible before winning. If anything I find more satisfaction in not showing my opponent alternative win conditions and just a quick face hit and see ya buddy.
Why is the HS community so obsessed with BM?
Why do YOU BM?

Still not sure if I hate Hearthstone...or love it.

Man despite the poll results I'd swear from personal experience it's like this graph is upside down.
I usually play as many cards as I can just because that means more exp. No point in wasting it and all. If someone starts roping me however, I'll start doing it to them back, usually gets them to stop pretty quickly.

I play out my cards, and expect them to play out on me because quest reasons. That is what I tell myself anyway.
depends what kind of BM i'd say. I of course play out my cards for XP/showing my opponent what i have left or decide to kill him in the most amusing way i can think of the turn before. Neither i think really annoys my opponent but might be seen as BM. Emote/roping is just a dick move in my opinion but some people might say that about me, whatever though i guess.

Really? Our personal experiences differ a lot then. There is a lot of nice people playing this game. And of course, I really dislike BM, it's not my style, and no, I'm not joking, neither being sarcastic.
I generally don't emote at all, and usually squelch after giving opp a full turn to offer greetings, which I'll then return & squelch. BM is for petty people. However, whenever there's a huge influx of braindead face decks (like pirates!) I am not above roping the shit out of them if they're playing that garbage in casual.
So everyone must play Abusingkel approved decks or they deserve to be BM?
I always bm the scum decks that i see at rank 1 especially when i have already reached legend for the season.Denying legend while making them salty feels great.

I guess it depends on what you consider to be BM I suppose. Roping (obviously), Emote spamming (obviously), and while this may or may not be considered BM, playing out your hand when you have easy lethal annoys the crap out of me. Pretty much everyone I play does this. I only do it for quests or if I didn't realize immediately I had lethal. Though again that last some consider it BM some don't.
I have a very unpopular opinion. I always "BM" at the end of the game by dumping as many cards as I can. I do it for the XP, and because I WANT my opponents to do the same to me because I'm interested in seeing what was in their hand. I think it's very anti-climatic and pretty bad manners when my opponent kills me with their board and a full hand of cards and DOESN'T play them. I did that to some A-hole last night and he sent me a friend invite just so he could tell me off and i was like wtf, and he blocks me before I can say anything lol.... If I was playing a card game vs a person IRL and we were physically sitting at a table, I would show them my hand and they would theirs. Why do people think it's "good manners" to just get up from the table and leave lol?
Oh yeah and I always BM people by spamming "happy feast of winterveil" if they play a stupid tier 1 net deck, make missplays and then by some miracle I actually manage to beat them with my original and crappy deck. You already relinquish your soul and any honor you have as a card game player by playing a deck like Dragon Priest, Reno Lock, or midranged shaman in low ranks so you should expect and deserve to get BMed by people. No regrets.
I dont call emoted Bad manner at all. Anyone who thinks that needs to grow up and press that squelch button.
I got threatened by a guy after a brawl match just cuz I said happy feast 3 times. and he said he got my ip (was right) and hel DDos me. I just said to him some bad shit that hes a crazy sore loser. and kicked him of F list.

I don't think you are joking.
Well, roping is very rare, not everyone do emote spamming (there are many players that don't use emotes, and many others that only emote "Well played" when they realise their opponent has lethal, which is a very nice thing), and yeah, I really don't consider the other thing BM (when my opponents do it, I usually find it funny :P).

Yeah exactly. Personally it annoys the crap out of me. I really hate it. I realize though that it's preference thing.

Then you and I have vastly different experiences. At every shop I have ever been too, almost automatically when game is either won or someone scoops the players quickly get into the next game. It's gone that way for me with every TCG I have ever played. Unless it's a game with friends. At which point it doesn't bother me because I know my buddy isn't a showboating dick bag, he just wanted to show me the cool shit he could do. I imagine it's the same, some are just "look what I had" and others are just showboating d bags. Unfortunately my mind always goes to the negative.

In Ranked never. Sometimes I'm playing fun decks in Casual and emote playing them, just for fun, not really BM.
