So I was playing the Unstable Portal Brawl. I gave Ragnaros Stealth. The opponent had Bolf on board. When Ragnaros hit face, Bolf took the damage and Ragnaros DID NOT unstealth. So Is this some crazy advanced interaction or a bug?
If I didn't misunderstand what's written here it's not a bug....
The point is that minions should un-stealth when they deal damage. Bolf Ramshield doesn't prevent damage, he just redirects it to himself. Since Ragnaros the Firelord dealt damage, he should have un-stealthed.

Source? I think it does prevent the damage and then deal that damage to itself.
Any effects which trigger from the attacking character dealing damage, such as Snowchugger and Mistress of Pain, will not take effect if Bolf Ramshield intercepts the damage, because the damage is considered to have been dealt to Bolf by himself.[6][7] This also means that a Stealthed Bolf Ramshield will lose Stealth when intercepting damage.[8] This also means that if a Stealthed Wrathguard takes damage and triggers to damage your hero, but Bolf Ramshield intercepts the damage, the Wrathguard will not unstealth, because it was not a source of damage. (Note that Stealth minions that attack unstealth explicitly before the attack begins, even if they eventually do not deal any damage themselves.)
Looks like it isn't a bug afterall :)
Glad to see someone actually looking this up and not just spread misinformation.
Abilities do not undo stealth. I think people are misunderstanding. Bolf Ramshield did not have stealth, Ragnaros the Firelord did. The OP was asking why Ragnaros did not un-stealth

Wants to play Captain Cookie Druid because why not?

Some (if not most) abilities definitely unstealth, like Flamewaker!
This Bolf interaction is really interesting, though. The same situation without him would result in the unstealthing of Rag, for sure.
The reason Flamewaker unstealths is because he deals damage, that is what removes the stealth. If the opponent has a Bolf and both the fireballs he shoots go face the Flamewaker will not lose stealth though as Bolfs ability is dealing the damage to himself so in that case the Flamewaker didn't deal damage.

Ha. Another case where what the card says is completely different from what it does...

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I was curious what the correct answer was because I have never seen this interaction before.
