I'm new to the forum and a fairly noob player. I had HS since it was released, but never got into playing it for "real". The main reason was frustration. While I played intermittently since I got the game, I always felt frustrated as I wasn't really going forward in knowledge of the game and ranks. Every deck I made sucked (well they still do, but..), and this led me to abandoning the game for months. I repeated this for a while, until recently when I started playing again thanks to a friend.
Now I feel that something has changed in my attitude. I feel that every game I play even if I loose it's funny and interesting, and that there's always something to learn. I think it's natural to feel frustrated sometimes, especially when trying to build decks which fail, but I found a way of dealing with this: whenever frustration is too much I'll just try out a competitive deck someone else made which will lead me to at least some victories. This way I don't feel so frustrated, and meanwhile I can still learn to play and even learn some deck building as I probably have to replace some cards I don't have.
So what's your way of dealing with frustration?
Cheers!
