So just this morning blizzard announced that all promo cards such as Captain's Parrot and Old Murk-Eye will be forever restricted to the wild format. This is outrageous as murk eye was a must for all murloc decks and getting a special card as a reward felt awesome. The worst part is these cards will forever be restricted to wild for all eternity since it won't rotate out meaning RIP murlocs RIP pirates and RIP fun D:

Old Murk-Eye is just one card. I think Anyfin Paladins will still work out fine without him. But I do question the logic of rotating these reward cards out forever. It created incentive to collect more cards and buy more packs to get all murlocs.

Maybe there will be a new 'must have' Murloc legendary in the coming expansion.
