Warrior is a class I don't play that much, last time I played lots of games with warrior was Patron Warrior, and I have never liked playing Control Warrior.
On the other hand this expansion brought Bomb Warrior and I wanted to give it a try, but as I don't play that much with warrior I don't have that much warrior cards, and I don't have the intention to invest heavily on it. Currently I have more than 6000 dust, and my intention is to use 1600 to craft the cards I'm missing. The cards I am missing are: 2x Town Crier, 2x Wrenchcalibur, 2x Omega Devastator and Dr. Boom, Mad Genius.
The idea I have is to make a Bomb Warrior with less focus on Mechs, and more focus on initial threats, with bombs being just a clock pressure.
The deck has the potential of being good? Or (as I don't want to expend that much dust) should I wait until I have some of the other cards I'm missing?
I'll give you my honest take on it - It will definitely underperform compared to your standard Bomb Warrior, and there are also cards that I'd remove completely from your list. Also, half the current ways to supply bombs into your opponents deck are missing (2x Wrenchcalibur) which is a pretty huge loss.
This deck might be fine above rank 5, after that you'll probably struggle winning your games a lot more. I do like the addition of Grommash Hellscream and a damage effect in your deck. Haven't seen that been used in forever. Back in the day my main deck was Control Warrior, fell absolutely in love with it. So anyway, it might be a combo that'll work out for you and give you the surprise damage that you need.
Overall, this deck is lacking too many cards to perform as well as you want it to. If you're willing to spend that 1600 dust, I would, as much as it pains me to say, probably invest in the epics (however Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is a card that you will probably never regret crafting if you ever intend to play this class at all). Probably 1x Town Crier, 1x Omega Devastator and 2x Wrenchcalibur is what I'd do.
Good luck!
Edit: I took another glance and saw that you are missing even more key warrior cards (maybe you have them but haven't included them for some reason). Those are Shield Block's and, of course, Shield Slam's. The picture you shared also includes 2x Town Crier's which you said were missing. Maybe I'm missing something? But as it is right now, the deck in my opinion won't perform well.
Like the idea, I'd only worry that you will get crushed by fast decks like Token Druid and Murloc Shaman. I think the lack of a good Warrior 2 drop is the downfall here. Also Omega Defender seems like an odd choice. Would honestly think Rabid Worgen would be better as both the previous aggro decks can buff over 2 health which makes Omega Defender weaker IMHO. At least with Worgen YOU get to dictate the trades. Again, just MHO, good luck with it!
Edit: also the more I look at it, I think you'd have quite a hard time against the true control decks to. Shaman has too much heals and Warrior has so much armor gain. But again GL!
The picture is the theory deck I want to make, including the cards I miss. I have all the other cards to make the current standard bomb warrior deck list, including Shield Slam, Brawl, but this cards are control cards.
I don't like this list too much tbh because of stuff like not running Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, having Shield Blocks (very bad tempo-wise) and more. Rank 1 may not be the greatest achievement of all time, but considering that the deck is unoptimized, you can see the potential.
I've given midrange/tempo warrior a shot too, currently at rank 1 and I'm sure I'll get to legend and way beyond when I have more time to play it.
You don't need Omega Devastator. Most games you're going to win before turn 10 and there are better things to run that a 4 mana 4/5 do nothing mech in that case.
Omega Defender: I think they're not impactful enough. You probably rather run Spellbreaker given the popularity of mech hunter and the outbreak of mech paladin (at least in my case).
Cruel Taskmaster is a bit iffy. I know it synergizes with some stuff, but still.
I think Dyn-o-matic would be great in your list, even if it's just 1 copy. It gives you tempo removal (when not facing mech decks), it's a mech (can be magnetized and rushed if you played the hero card) and works well with Acolyte of Pain and Frothing Berserker.
You might want to have some 2 drops.
Edit: all this being said, I don't think it will ever top control warrior as the warrior deck of choice, but it does have potential nonetheless.

Ah I got you. I'd 100% add Shield Blocks and Shield Slams to the deck. 1 Inner Rage is enough as well. Brawls are a must for sure, as stated before, you will get mauled over by aggro decks. Today's warriors, unlike back then, are known to be able to clear pretty much anything. Back then they were known for getting their +4 armor a turn from their hero power and playing big dudes. Now, they are the class that clears everything and bulks up as much as possible. If you don't want to include shield slams and brawls, at least add 1 BGH to the deck.
I'm pretty tight on time right now but I'd love to add on to my thoughts and suggestions a bit later. I hope my criticism doesn't come off too harsh, I would actually love to see this deck succeed! Who doesn't love budget decks? Those saved my arse back in the day when I had no dust!

I would say NO Shield Blocks, Shield Slams, or Brawls. If you are going Tempo, you have to commit to it!. I would agree with Atramentar's choice of the Dyn-O-Matic. Will help with aggro and synergies with Acolyte and Berzerker.
The reason I post here is to hear suggestions and criticisms, I still didn't play the deck, I really want tips before using the dust, I had almost 9000 dust to expend, now I'm looking to expend I little bit on warrior.
Some of the lists Atramentar post have Darius Crowley. How good this card really is? The times someone played this card against me it wasn't a game changer or something that made me worry about. I remember only one time that card got me in trouble, but that game was already out of my control.

I think it's decent to good, but it's not really necessary, don't craft it if you're low on dust.

I do think that the midrange warrior archetype has potential, here are some examples:
Khamul got to #26 legend EU with this list:

On the front page of Hearthpwn you can see that Lunarphobia got to rank 1 (not legend) with his/her Tempo warrior.

Agree with the cards thoughts completely!

Dr. Boom Mad Genius is a must, otherwise you will lose to anything that even slightly tries to counter Warrior.
