I think most of the people would be interested in playing around with the new cards.

I would remove The Darkness for a Flamestrike. Too many single target removals in the meta for The Darkness to be worthwhile.
Just for reference, I'm playing this deck currently at Rank 8, so our metas may vary, but I do identify The Darkness as the first card out of the deck, and the deck could use one more AOE and 5+ cost spell.
Do note that there are a lot of larger minions in this deck that could bait out those single target removals, and just imagine The Darkness as a 4 mana, deal 20 damage. Generally you can find 4 mana to burn on it in the later stages of the game.
There's only four dragons to proc' the synergies in this deck.
To be honest, the current standard card pool is pretty trash dragon-wise, and there's only 3 neutral dragons coming out with RR and they are pretty boring.

While that’s true, you have little control over when The Darkness gets activated. The opponent, while unlikely, could draw all three candles before you can bait out any other removal.

While you don't necessarily have control over when The Darkness gets activated, unless they've decked out, you do get the opportunity to get an Attack in before they can make a response to it being activated, that is to say, that if you played it last turn and it gets activated, it can attack immediately.
Yes with some small changes basically removing The Darkness and Alanas for 2 copies of Book of Specters, there aren't enough big spells to get value from Alana, and not enough value generation to properly use Astromancer.
Well, constructive speaking here: You’re curve is terrible. This will be pretty solid against control decks but it’s terrible against aggro and combo. Midrange matchups are winnable but you’ll need them to have some off curve bad draws.
i would look into some more early and mid game stall tactics.

You think opting something out for 2 copies of Dragon's Fury is a good idea then?
Hello All!
The purpose of this thread is to provide a venue for the introduction of my Dragon Grinder Mage deck.
Here is the deck:
Any feedback, questions, or comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for checking my deck out!

Dragon Mage would be fun to play with the new cards so it´s a bad timing for ur list.
Are there a lot of new synergies with the soon to be released set?
True, I realize putting out a list 5 days from a new release is not ideal.

I would convert this to the wild format with cards like Netherspite Historian, Azure Drake, Twilight Guardian, Volcanic Drake and maybe a Nefarian alongside Open the Waygate for some memery.
