Am I correct that you're using many cards only 1 time and not twice because you don't have them twice?
On top of that, your deck isn't really focused on doing something specific but rather has some allround abilities. The problem is that you often end up with a deck, which is supposed to do a little bit of everything, but in fact can't do anything at all.
Firstly, cards like silverback patriach and mogushan warden are very bad. silverback patriach could be replaced by a Tar Creeper, though I don't know if you own that card.
Secondly, I'd try to focus on one thing, which would be most likely a tempo approach. To do that, you need Mana Wyrms because they can snowball very hard. Also, besides explosive runes, I don't like the secrets in your deck, because they don't give you tempo. Frozen clone might be a funny card to play around, but I think that Mirror Entity is much better because you get a minion on board instantly. I'd cut ice barrier as well, because as I said, you want proactive secrets that help you to win.
Thirdly, you need some burn spells. The goal of a tempo mage deck is to deal enough damage through minions that you can finish the game with your spells. So you need Frostbolt and Fireball because having those spells means that you can deal 15 damage in a single turn with 2 fireballs and 1 frostbolt.
Focussing on your deck now, I'd cut elven archers, mirror image, frozen clone, ice barrier, silverback patriach, mogushan warden, maybe skelemancer (he isn't good but you can at least buff him with cobalt scalebanes and I think that you might just not have a decent replacement) and the darkscale healers.
So your overall plan is to deal damage in the early and midgame and finish the game through burn. If that doesn't work, you still have DK to get some value and win in the end game. This should definitely increase your winrate though it's still far from being a viable ladder deck.
Last tip: Keep your burn spells and don't just use them on the enemy hero, except you can finish. Dealing damage by suprise is always better because otherwise the opponent might play more defensively and you might lose because of that (for example the opponent has a minion on board and 15 life while you have a 3/2 minion on board and 2 fireballs. If you keep your fireballs, the opponent might feel save and go face instead of trading, so that you can burst him down.)
I don't play that much mage, so other people might give you even better tips! Good luck and have fun anyway !
Wow! Congratulations, man. That's a very complete answer I wouldn't had do that much good myself
4: i use those cards to make my main cards more effective but i dont like them too. i use Skelemancer cos im at a low level and rank so everyone kills it (if they dont i upgrade it with Defender of Argus or Bonemare)
Okay. My first piece of advice is just to cut the terrible cards. These are Mogu'shan Warden, Silverback Patriarch, and Deck of Wonders. None of these cards improve the deck, and are all at such a low powerlevel that pretty much anything else would be better.
Next, there are some important choices to be made. Do we want to create a tempo (aggressive) deck, or a control deck?
Frost Lich Jaina is a one card win condition, and especially in the low ranks it should be able to carry games. This could mean that you double down on your win condition and try to play control, but I personally recommend moving to a more aggressive route. Aggressive decks are easier to pilot, and have a much better winrate in the low ranks.
Fist thing you should do is install innkeeper and sync it with your collection. Secondly go into My collection in your settings and click Edit collectio, slide the collection from private to public, then click Save collection.
This will let those helping you see your card collection and suggest cards you have that may be better than what your using.
First im not getting rid of deck of wonders i love that card
Second as i mentioned i use those trash cards for making my main cards more effective
Third i dont know how to use mana wyrms but i will use arcanologist
Firstly if you really like Deck of Wonders fine, just know that it lowers the quality of the deck.
While you say that the trash cards have synergy or improve your other cards, they are still just too horrible to be run. Silverback Patriarch is literally a joke, just about every expansion some new direct powercreep of it is printed. Some examples of this are Tar Creeper, Stonehill Defender, and Phantom Militia, just to name a few. While Mogu'shan Warden doesnt have any direct powercreep that I can think of, pretty much any other 4 cost card is better, as is the basic Sen'jin Shieldmasta.
And even if you dont know how to use Mana Wyrm, a 1 mana 1/3 is probably good enough anyway. It is a staple card in all aggressive mage decks.
1: i can cut cinderstorm and ice barrier but i need healing or taunts what will i use then
2: wow arcane intellect?? Why?
1. You should have a few taunts, but if you dont have many its okay. Its better to play good minions that contest the board than bad taunts that just get run over.
2. As someone above pointed out, Arcane Intellect is another staple in all mage decks, both in aggressive versions and control lists. While it is hard to quantify the value of card advantage, Arcane Intellect has proven good in mage decks forever, and certainly has a spot in any basic mage list.
Well it could be just the meta or the fact that your deck doesn’t work well together like skelemancer and Argus, you only have 1 of each so the probability of you have both of them is low, your secrets are also really counterable instead of frost armor and 1 mirror entity I would get explosion rune, since it would keep the tempo going and maybe Kirin mage if you have her to play a free secret
Kirin Tor Mage is a good idea and im done using that useless Skelemancer but without armor and taunts i feel uncomfortable maybe ill get one Kirin Tor Mage and a Tar Creeper i still have approximately 800 dusts
You should get two tar creepers if anything they’re very good and almost used in every deck, your defender of Argus also can serve as a taunt card when paired with your other minions
I think this is most helpful I’ve seen this community been, good job!
Also I agree with what everyone else is saying, I’m dabbling in Mage just now and I find cards like mana worm, even unbuffed, force you’re opponent to trade, allowing you to get your real minions on board before bursting them down with spells. If you have Vex Crow a lot of Mage decks are running him just now, myself included because the value from him is ridiculous.
Keep trying, every game is a learning experience, don’t give up.
Yeah i love summoning minions but i dont think ill use Vex Crow cos im not a spell mage im an elemental mage mostly but maybe Shrieking Shroom can help huh?
I have near 1000 dusts and i have problems with my deck.

You NEED double Mana Wyrm. You also need two run double Fireball and double Frostbolt.
You should cut Ice Barrier, and if you have them add a second Explosive Runes and double Arcanologist.
You need to run a few 3 cost minions, so look through your collection and find a few that seem strong to you.
You should also cut Darkscale Healer. Chillwind Yeti is better, and is on a very high power level for a basic card.
Good luck! I hope some of these recommendations were helpful.
Ok the answers are similar

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
I have innkeeper and i will use it

Do you have Kirin Tor Mage? I think it would be a nice addition to your deck. You could run 2 copies of it, replacing Ice Barrier and Skelemancer.
I suck at Hearthstone.
1:I thought that not spending my Frostbolt would be a great choice but you are right
2:That Mana Wyrm play was a wreck and as i said i never played with Mana Wyrm
3:I like to use my Coin at 10 mana so i can get 2 Water Elemental when i use it with Frost Lich Jaina
I found another class than Mage. Now I play Warlock too.
