I think heroes being immune one, maybe two turns, would be better. 3 turns, thats turns 8, 9, 10. I mean both players could drop all the highlights of their deck with zero consequences or worries.

The 3 turns are the turn you play Sandstorm in, the opponent's following turn, and your next turn. That way you can't just smash the opponent's face with Dust Devil on your next turn.
What is the point of getting dust devil and givin him divine shield when u cant even attack face and force your opponent to trade into those "protected" minions? its just wierd minion-dependant "aoe". Its not even only for friendly minions, man this card is one big fail, sorry ... i dont rly get what u trying to do here, i dont see it haveing any purpouse.
A little something for Windfury, without making it a face-smash card.

dust devil= 1.5 mana divine shield= 1 mana immune 1 turn = 3 mana (iceblock) so this card should cost at least 7 mana.

Both heroes are Immune, but your's gets 2 turns and the enemy 1. Maybe just 2 turns, bc why have Immune when you play Bloodlust and win? :DD
