I started going over mechanics used in the C'thun and Ahn'Qiraj fight or the Lore of Ahn'Qiraj and the aesthetics/buildings there, I decided on a sort of cycle hero power for C'thun where after using his Pillars ability he'd gain a Mana Crystal(next turn) and so on, the hero power costing more each turn(2,4,6).
There Swarmlord is obviously about putting out low cost minions that rush down the hero, while the Basic set gives them low cost minions that are beefy or have a small living time(Infect) and summon a Hatchling, the Expansion sets will give Swarmlord players more spells as they are minion centric.

I feel like Faceless watcher's stats are too low. 6/6 for 6 is already below average (Boulderfist Ogre) And it has a downside of only being able to be played with to other Servants on board. I think it should be at least a 7/7, maybe even and 7/8 or 8/7.
Alright seem's reasonable! I forgot Boulderfist Ogre was a thing, 7/7 for 6 sounds good - Once we get more suggestions I'll make an update part of the thread and fix some of those!
I looked through the Basic cards and I have a couple of problems. Corruption? What happened to Shadow Madness? Also, do not use your class' keyword in Basic minions. Lastly... try to shorten your Hero Power's card text XD. Other than that, it's ok.
A few of these cards are very underpowered/overpowered.
Corruption is an infinitely better Shadow Madness, an already excellent card. Also, Corruption exists. Not sure how you'd approach this card tbh.
Faceless Sapper is a 3-mana 1/2 that can become a 3/1. Amani Berserker has +1/+1 over this and costs 1 less. I'd suggest this be a 2/4 or a 2/5.
Is Faceless Worshipper's effect a Battlecry or is it constant? The wording on this is confusing. Not going to adjust anything on this, the wording is just confusing.
Faceless Nightmare gives your opponent a free minion, albeit it's infected. Still, you need to buff this guy's stats a lot to make that trade worth it. 8/8 seems fine given they could get something like Deathwing or Mal'Ganis.
How does Spiked Carapace work? Does it give you 3 armor each turn, or is it a single thing? Either way, this card seems underpowered. It needs to give a lot more armor than 3 to be worth it. Maybe 5 per turn? It would be balanced because it wouldn't be an instant 20 armor, but that amount over time which doesn't cut it against aggro.
Why is Servant of Yogg'Saron not a servant?
Is Yogg'Saron's debuff a Battlecry? Also, the Deathrattle seems out of place, and rather weak because it gives your opponent a Yogg'Saron of their own. Shuffling a copy into your deck only fits better with some of the cards you already have and is balanced enough considering Malorne never sees play.
Consider Cultist of Flame's effect to be symmetrical in that the net gain of stats is 0. Hence, it should have the body of a 5-drop. Right now it's horribly overpriced. A 6/5 statline on it doesn't seem terrible, assuming that its effect doesn't affect itself.
Cho'gall the High Prophet is a Deathwing, for 1 less mana, that doesn't lose you card advantage, and its only downside is a little less attack. Lower this thing's statline severely, maybe to around 5/7.
Despite these minor issues, this is a very good, creative new class. Don't go with the increasing-cost hero power though. That just makes it completely unusable.
EDIT: It would also be thematically better and more high-quality if you were to give the Naxx cards the Naxx watermark, the GvG ones the GvG watermark, and so on.

Spawn of Ragnaros: 6-mana Whirling Zap-o-matic? Windfury Harpy with -1/-3? That's the opposite of value. Make it 2-mana.

It's a cool concept, but most of the cards are so overpowered/terrible; I have to ask. Do you even play hearthstone?

Love the art. Love the concept. Card balancing/value is horrendous. Dat hero power is like a paragraph long.
