OP, so much better than Deathwing which causes you to throw away your entire hand. Check with Deathwing first, see what he has to say about Karn... Stronger than Twisting Nether too.
Neither of those really see play, so it might make Karn useable and actually not too OP. But going off of what Blizzard has already established, it's OP.
Yeah, randomly discard 2 cards from your hand might bring it back to acceptable levels, or increase it's cost to 10 and make it a 7/5.

I dunno, I kinda feel like since it specifies "Class" cards for most of the stuff the specific target tones it down, lets face it there are tons of great neutral minions who wouldn't be affected by it, the class minion wipe does kinda sound strong but I feel like if it were play tested it wouldn't come out as crazy strong? Lastly the fact he's a legendary gives some extra room to work with and make them that strong fun card, look at some of the new BRM cards!

Yes, Dr. Balanced is a thing. This Karn is a situational card and I think he will mostly kill 2 minions (sometimes killing off a stealthed archmage). I feel like that this is a tempo card, a little bit strong with the stats but why we should create weak cards?

op for 7 mana at least Since u have the initiative to play it maybe a 8 mana 6/7 or a 7 mana 7/5 that discards a card
