I'm not sure we'll ever see wands and staves added to the game, but I would certainly love to see it. I've cooked up a couple cards with ideas that I think would be viable for casters, adding a certain utility but not breaking the class in the process. Let me know what you think.
First Card: Touch of Death
I think this card is unique and has a great place either in a Zoo deck, or versus a Zoo deck. At 5 mana for a 2 damage AOE, it isn't OP, yet allows for situations in which the warlock will be able to get a pretty massive 1 time use buff. It's also an epic so that it sees less play in Arena. I would forsee this card replacing a second Hellfire in many decks.
Second Card: Staff of Higher Learning
I think this fits perfectly into many mage decks. It has the potential to be devastating, but also to be lackluster. It also provides the mage with an option to remove a 2 health minion manually, or attempt to save both durability stacks for spell power. It's 4 mana, so it is very unlikely to be comboed with a Flamestrike unless the mage is lucky enough to not need to use the coin until turn 10, and he might not have the option if his opponent's board is filling up. This is also an epic to avoid being picked too often in Arena, we all know mage doesn't need any help there.
Harrison is already good, but he will get little value out of these weapons. Touch of Death is meant to be used in a single turn in most cases, and if it got destroyed it would only net 1 card. As for the mage, the purpose of this card would be to burn up the spell power charges before it gets hit with Slime or Harrison. It would likely be comboed on the turn it's played, which would only leave a single card for Harrison.
I would maybe change the Warlock weapon to add +1 attack for all minions hit, as it's pretty under powered just now, either that or drop the mana cost :)

It isn't meant to be an auto include in every warlock deck. Most of the minions in a Zoo deck have around 2 health or can be lowered to that amount easily. You could play Touch of Death, kill of a handful of your opponent's minions, or your own, or both and get a single blast for anywhere between 2-14 damage. I think it's perfectly fine at 5 mana for it's potential. Hellfire does 3 damage to all for 4 mana, if this doesn't kill anything it's only a little higher costed than that (You shouldn't play it unless you can get a buff) and you only need to kill 1-2 minions to get value out of it.
eh mage one seems a bit too good. drop turn 4 - turn 5 Sorc Apprentace, Frost bolt 2x +2 ice lance = 18 to the face the next turn just do some fire balls and its gg

How often would you have this combo in hand? There are plenty of combos in the game currently that do insane amounts of damage, but getting all the pieces in place at the right time is often the challenge. If you manage to pull that off, you deserve to do that much damage. Touch of Death also has the potential to clear the board and hit face for 14 damage, so I'd say they're on par.
This is a really cool idea! the mage weapon I'm not so sure about but, the lock weapon is awesome. +1 for each kill doesn't seem underpowered imo. In zoo decks it could be hell though. Especially if it was for every minion hit like another user suggested.
Kudos man

every class needs a weapon imo.
good job, i like your ideas.
How good would Harrison be then?

Unbowed. Unbent. Unbroken.

So, if you have those 8 cards by turn 5? Yeah, I think you're fine with that.
There are 3 kinds of people in the world. Those that can count and those that can't.
