As a main Rogue I think Demonxz95's Leeching Poison is just perfect and the tool Rogues need. Voted and also "Bloodthirsty Survivalist", "Spider Eggs" and "Drain Soul".
BHS: It provides 7/7 worth of Stats. Always heals your hero for 7. And on an empty board, this is 7 face damage. Holy goddamn smokes .
Bloodthirsty Survivalist: Is this a down or upside? Whoever made this must be crazy.
Mark of the Plague: I like this, although the Lifesteal effect is actually close to irrelevant in reality . Poisonous is just a way better keyword , and it allows for effective trading in the token decks.
Drain Soul: Have this Connect to Felfire Potion, Shadowflame or Hell fire, and this is basically a Reno effect. Making it heal for 20-25 only requires 2/3 minions on board with felfire, which I think is busted.
Leeching Poison: Although the flavor is great, i think this is busted. Rogues already have no healing so this just gets Even better. Its effectively deadly posion , but for one more mana you get ATLEAST 6 bonus healing. Thats pretty busted. Especially since Deadly poison is pretty good in itself.
Vicious Deathbringer . Good card. Not super exicting, but Its alright.
Leech King. Wording mistake ugh.
Xil'jin: This feels very niche. Once in 5 you get a slightly better totem? I guess.
Thirst for blood: Same as the Mark of the Plagued , now you just always want to choose Lifesteal.
Noggenfogger the Forsaken . His effect is already an upside in the deck where you want to play him. And you have statted it as if it were a downside
Spider Eggs. Why ever play this? Its mostly just an expensive dragon egg.
Spelleech Minimage . Niche, but fairish . Could be viable in some crazy tempomage maybe ?
Giant sand Leech. Its alright. Balanced decent flavor. Not that exicting.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
Cards I'd vote for if I weren't an ass who only votes for himself:
Drain Soul - A nice and non-dumb healing card for Warlock. Obviously this won't be played in traditional warlock decks but it could help to create a new archetype with all those spells that cost health.
Leeching Poison - Simple and effective. Nothing else to say! The art could have been better though.
Spelleech Minimage - New Soulfire meta pls. Again, a nice card that encourages original deckbuilding.
Honorable Mentions:
Leech King - I see what you did there. The card sucks (lol) though, there's no flavor.
Whoever wins, please no "Design a Hero Card" contest.
I'm not saying two previous winners have suggested that as an option now... but yeah, that. We turned it down because realistically, you'd end up with a bunch of the same artwork in the final and since we've only seen one anyway, we have no concept of how they're being balanced. Maybe for a mini-competition at the end of the season.

Well done to all that participated! Here are my votes this week:
Bloodthirsty Survivalist: A really cool idea for a card that expands on Un'Goro's Adapt mechanic. Since most of the Adapt choices are fairly bad and don't really have a major impact on the game (unless you're playing Hunter or Paladin in some cases), this could make the mechanic more powerful but at the same time, it is slightly less consistent. I like it very much.
Leech King: Wow. What a brilliant idea for a Rogue card. What really impresses me with this card is that it gives rogue HEALING, something that Rogue lacks completely (and has done throughout the game's history). This also gives Rogue a solid pick for Miracle lists, and provides Rogue with a solid identity as a class, something the HS devs have been working on recently.
Spelleech Minimage: While not as powerful as the other cards, I like the effect. Mage will probably benefit from this more in Wild with cards like Arcane Blast providing even more damage (and healing) with Spell Damage minions on the board, but even in Standard Arcane Missiles can be a powerful pick with this minion on the board. Fairly weak in Warlock, and also seems weak in Priest decks. Personally I could see it being stronger with the Jade Lotus family, since those classes have more 1-cost spells that deal damage (can also provide Rogue with some healing as well). But at the same time I feel that the card wouldn't be as flavorsome as the Kabal is more focused on spells and potions while the Jade Lotus is more focused on stealth and Jade Golems. Still a nice idea, full of flavor nonetheless.
I found this competition to be really hard since its not really clear how valuable lifesteal is, and that there really is only so much you can do with the effect. I think all of these entries are solid, but none of them really jumped out at me. I am going to go for Leeching Poision this time because I am a huge fan of slower Rogue decks, and this gives Rogue a really good control tool. The card is also really balanced the more I think about it.
Put my reviews in a spoiler since they got a bit long, but here's my opinion on all of the cards this week.
Blood-Hunting Swarm - 4 mana 7/7 with Charge and Lifesteal? It's a no from me. Bloodthirsty Survivalist - Could be cool and useful in some situations, but is there a specific card or archetype that this really helps? The only time I can see this being good is with Thunder Lizard in an Elemental deck that wants healing or some weird combo like that, so this falls under my category of "Cards that never needed to be made because all they do is look kind of cool in a vacuum." Mark of the Plague - From what we've seen so far from the various Lifesteal cards, Poisonous is way better than Lifesteal, since they both serve similar purposes in control, but Poisonous actually helps you clear the board instead of just delaying the inevitable. This is like Evolving Spores, but better assuming you wanted to get exactly Poisonous, I guess, which means it's generally pretty bad. Drain Soul - This is similar to Violet Illusionist, but in exchange for not having the minion, (and not being protected from things like Explosive Trap and Leper Gnome) you can heal for a ton with AoE. This really only matters with Hellfire and Felfire Potion for the most part, but if you get one of them off at a good time, you can really change the game. It's also very similar to Hallazeal the Ascended, which is my main worry with the card, since the main drawback to Warlock right now is the lack of healing, and this completely rectifies that by giving you opportunities to heal practically to full, which would in theory make Warlock absolutely insane. Not sure how I'd go about balancing this better, as it's pretty good at the moment for the most part, but overall it's just a little iffy as a concept to me. Leeching Poison - This falls into a similar area as the above card, which is that it's fairly well balanced by itself, but it can be pretty insane because of the class it's in and how much they lack healing. Like Warlocks, Rogues lack healing, and this gives them an opportunity for some major healing over time. If you put this on something like an Obsidian Shard or an Assassin's Blade you'll be healing for 15-20 health over 3-4 turns, while also having an incredibly powerful weapon. Sure, you do pay 7 mana for it in the case of Assassin's Blade, but if you get this on a cheap Obsidian Shard, this can be an absolute game changer. This is more permanent than Drain Soul, which leads me to believe that it's a bit more broken, (potentially) but again, I can't really say if it would be overpowered without doing a little testing first, but it would likely be pretty insane. Vicious Deathbringer - Obviously, since I made this card I think it's pretty good, but I think it's honestly a really good anti-aggro tool that avoids some of the pitfalls of the above two cards, since there aren't many individual cards that synergize with this to make it broken. Because it's neutral, it has to be somewhat weaker by default than a class card could be, which helps make it more balanced, and because this is just a simple minion, the only cards that really enable it are attack buffs and Charge, but Warriors have less reason to play this than other classes because they often have very high Health due to Armor. This is of course powerful for Paladins who can unload a ton of buffs onto it and heal for 30 if they really want, (Dinosize PogChamp) but most of the really powerful combos with the card require either multiple turns or a bunch of cards, which limits their effectiveness by a lot. Paladin also already has a lot of healing and stall without this card, so it's less effective by that regard too. As just a base card, it has pseudo-Taunt against aggro and also control, because the combination of Lifesteal and the "Cleave" effect means the card is capable of huge, 12 Health, multi-minion swings by itself. It's an excellent control card because it has really useful applications against almost all decks, and also a lot of Health to withstand a hit or two. Leech King - Although I appreciate the pun, the wording is bad and the card is pretty so-so, so I'm not a big fan. The only reason to run this over a Violet Teacher is the healing, but it'll only be a few points of Health in almost all cases, so there's no real point to running the card. Xil'jin Cursetotem - This card is really just weird to me, because it upgrades your Hero Power to some extent, but it also makes one of your Totems objectively bad to get, and also decreases the chance of getting any of the other totems. If this had some other more flavor way of doing what it did, I might be O.K. with it, but it just seems weird and scraped together to fit around the contest without really working as a card too well. Also, I appreciate that you tried to give the card a unique, troll-like name, but the troll alphabet doesn't really use X's, and trolls don't generally have last names. Thirsty for Blood - It's Mark of The Plague but worse, not really much to say. Noggenfogger, the Forsaken - This is cool and all, but instead of functioning anything like the normal Mayor Noggenfogger this is overstatted for its cost and has a much less random, much less fun effect. This is almost actually a good aggro card here, and it also somewhat falls into the "Cards that never needed to be made because all they do is look kind of cool in a vacuum" category. Spider Eggs - This is interesting, but Dragon Egg never saw play, and this likely won't either. Spelleech Minimage - This is definitely missing something in the name, (an "L" I think) but otherwise it's a fairly solid card. It feels a little restricted in the Kabal only, but I suppose it makes some sense. The effect is a little awkward and would definitely require some support to be viable, but it has a lot of potential. Giant Sand Leech - Squirming Tentacle but with the Beast type and and Lifesteal, which is kind of insane, since Carrion Grub actually did see play in WotOG. It's interesting and somewhat flavorful, (shouldn't be a Giant anything though, since it's a 3 cost card) but it seems like it has some potential to get out of hand if Hunter got the tool for it to be good. Already looking pretty good to me with Build-A-Beast, Dinomancy and Houndmaster among other cards, so I'm not really sure what to think of it.
