If it drew a card I think it would be great, especially in Warlock. If it doesn't draw a card, I think even at 0 mana it wouldn't see play. Too slow against aggro and useless against control.
Ok. Based upon my calculations, restore 1 health your hero at the start of your turn for 8 turns is worth 2 stats, or 0 mana. To make this card more versatile, Drawing a card is added. It was added to the warlock class, and to make it more powerful as a heal, I decided to double the healing factor and increase the cost by 1.
Here's the result:
Better? I'll have to add a poll about this card too, and add it to the original post.
ok, but it doesn't really fit the warlock class. Why would warlock have a heal over time with no downside? If anything, that kind of heal defined the druid class in WoW.

Good when drawn early.
EDIT:
Here's a revised card based on input from users.
A new poll is being added about this card.

No rarity? Is it non collectable?
That's not the Warrior border.
Too slow of a card, may not heal you for several turns if you have full health.. and also horrible top deck.. not a good card..
Yeah, a toast!
Was designed without intention of class specification. I guess it should only cost 1.
