When i look at the current state of the game. There are not a lot of ways to interact with secrets. Only Flare and Eater of Secrets. So i came up with this idea. A 2 mana 2-1 battlecry absorb your opponents secrets. Absorbing a secret will give your minion the effect of the secret.
Snipe will give a minion death rattle deal 4 dmg to a random enemy minion. This is the same with Dart Trap, but dart trap can hit face and deals 5 dmg.
Eye for an Eye will return the dmg dealth to the minion back to it's attacker.
The rest of the secrets speak for themself. Only Ice Barrier, Freezing Trap, Repentance and Sacred Trial are hard to come up with an interaction. Let me know what you think. Maybe you have some more ideas
Too complicated for HS and is nothing special vs eater of secrets other than it cost two mana.
Also basically stealing a secret for 2 mana is kind broken, is basically a 3 for 1, minion, effect and secret stealing and there is no counter play as you can't never make a bad play playing it.
And what if your opponent has more than 2 secrets? Then that is kind of bunkers.
That is completely broken. Maybe as a 5 mana 4/3 or something, but still too complicated.
I think a better solution for secret interaction would be inspired by mtg. There, you have cards with effects that depend on the board state.

I've thought a card like Curious Glimmerroot where you're presented with 3 secrets, and if you guess correctly, you destroy it would encourage the use of more diverse secrets, and would enhance the counterplay/interactivity.

But it's too complicated and limits design space for secrets when they have to be applicable to minions that way... The idea can definitely be developed more.

Vaporize --> Will give your minion poison
Ice Block Will give minion immune if it takes fetal dmg for one turn.
Potion of Polymorph, Spellbender, Bear Trap, Cat Trick, Snake Trap and Noble Sacrifice will all apply as a deathrattle.
Mirror Entity and Redemption will be a deathrattle of it's self.

Mage, Warlock, Priest, Shaman, Warrior, Rogue, Paladin

You don't need to overcomplicate cards in this way. I honestly feel Eater of Secrets is fine tech even if it doesn't see play.
You forgot to mention Kezan Mystic. The idea is cool, btw. Definitely needs improvement, but it's a good start!
