So they would choose the card they discard, whenever it becomes their turn. If an effect like this would trigger, it would only take immediate effect on your opponent's turn. If this effect triggers on your turn they wouldn't have to discard a card until the start of their turn.
So for example:
If this minion takes damage on your opponent's turn, they immediately choose a card to discard. But if it's your turn, they discard at the start of their turn.
What do you think?
EDIT:
At first I assumed drawing and discarding were just opposites to one another. Now I realize that discarding not only removes card advantage, it removes the value of those cards from the deck. A more appropriate opposite to card draw is shuffling it into the deck. Hence, the following card should be legit . . . theoretically.
Wait a minute, these poll results are counter productive.
You say that Drawing cards is more valuable than making your opponent discard cards, but you also say that to discard an enemy card should cost 3?
It costs 3 to draw 2 cards, so if you are saying that drawing cards is more valuable, then you should be able to discard at least 2 cards at 3 mana. Otherwise, Discarding cards would be twice as valuable as drawing them.

I'm adding another poll about this one.
I'll also add this to the opening post.
The other two cards might be ok but this one isn't imo....5 mana is a lot but in slower MUs this card would be bonkers, you're not only making your opponent lose 3 cards (that might be their entire hand) but you're also clogging their draws by adding 3 cards to their Deck...
