This is my idea for a new legendary. Inspired by Xaril, Poisoned Mind and Toshley. Have a look and tell me what you think below. Note: There's a little questionnaire at the top that you can also fill out if you don't want to write a full comment.
First, I want to tell you I like your idea, but since asking for critiques, a few ideas came to mind.
1. There are quite a few weapons here with multiple different effects. I think this card would be better if the weapons given were sort of focused upon the class. For example, Rogue would benefit from spell damage, and Warrior from the armor. However, there should be a couple other options so as to not make it a 100% rate as to the weapon you'd get.
2. It would be nice to make this a faction card for Rogue, Hunter, and Warrior, which would concede my first idea, but since those themselves belong to different factions, maybe this could bring out new styles of factions for certain legendaries! For example. This could be a sub faction called Storm or whatever which focuses on weapons. You get the idea.
I love the cards, nonetheless. They seem to all be in good balance. I'd play it
I agree with Redneck Budha. I think you could combine a few of the weapons easily and maybe increase their cost.
Off the top of my head maybe combine Orc Longbow with Widowface Dagger to make a 2 cost 1 /2 weapon that when you equip you have to discard 2 cards. Your hero is immune and he kills two minions of any size!
It's hard to balance so I commend you on what you've done so far :) In my submission for the current class creation competition I had trouble working out the cost and abilities of a minion that also dropped a powerful weapon so I know how it can be.
You're on to some really great ideas here. A Xaril for weapons would be a really cool thing!

Seems cool but the salt thread would be full of players complaining they always get the C'thun weapon while not running a C'thun deck

I would knock down the number of artifacts to three possibilities, or six if the General allows you to discover the artifact of your choice.

5 at the very most. Although, just 1 artifact is the sensible way to make this card.
Xaril gets away with 5 because you can play all the toxins at any time, whereas you only get one weapon at a time.
