Hey guys. You may (But probably don't) know me from my pretty much abandoned Card Compendium. But in case you're a part of the minority (Which isn't actually a minority, but I say that because reasons) that DON'T know who I am, I'm Dezitronix, and I make cards.
TODAY, I'm putting together a list of cards I have thought of that make Priest better. I had 2 rules: a). They had to make sense for a Priest to have. I'm not going to give them a Legendary Demon, for example. b). They had to be fair. Priest sucks right now, but I'm not a fan of making horribly imbalanced cards if I can help it (Sometimes I can't).
Some of these cards were freshly made specifically for this thread, while others have been made before, but I wanted to bring them up here since they all help Priests.
First three are trash but the Last Card is awesome in design and Even useful. Kill a minion? Check. Trigger Cleric? Check. Do Even 6 dmg with auchenai? Check.
Great.
The minions lack HP. I think priest minions should have more HP so that your Hero power Can actually be used before they die. So stats like 2/3 or 3/3 are Not doing it. More like 1/5 or something. Can later be buffed with IF
So basically, the only thing wrong with the cards is that you think the cards' stats should be distributed differently? Because I can roll with that if that's what you're suggesting.
Aldor Priestess is very interesting, Its actually very balanced and I liked, classy the concept, but very usefull! 4/5
Moira concept feels nice, but idk if its gonna be used, but its effect is very interesting for a combo with Auchenai Soulpriest 4/5
Menagerie Veterinian feels very weak, a 2/2 drop wich heals fairly worse than Voodoo Doctor by its restriction effect, since isn´t so restrictive the Voodoo Doctor, a 2/3 would be fairly better or even a 3/3 (But maybe a 2/3, compared with Menagerie Magician) 2.5/5
Waning Shadows is an interesting concept, wich I saw few times, but its very effective, but maybe a bit OP, maybe a cost of 2 mana? Its easily compared to Darkbomb but with a greatly variative effect, as you always gonna deal damage to kill a minion. 5/5, I love the concept though, pretty darn strong with Auchenai Soulpriest as Mono2627 says.

Yes thats what I am suggesting. But you are actually in line with what blizz did with priest minions. I think blizz made this wrong too (shadowfiend would be great as 1/5 ^^)
Hey guys, I've updated the thread according to your criticisms (To the best of my ability). Thanks guys!
CHANGES:
Changed the text of Moira Bronzebeard. The minion's effect works exactly the same as before. However, any future minions that have a power RELATED to Inspire (But don't actually have it on their own) won't trigger from Moira Bronzebeard (Example Text: "Whenever you play a minion with Inspire, gain +2/+2")
Changed Moira Bronzebeard's stats to 2/4 (from 3/3)
Increased Waning Shadow's mana cost to 2 (from 1)
OTHER NOTES:
Unfortunately, I can't change anything about Aldor Priestess, as it was made a while ago. I don't have the art anymore, and have no idea where I found it. If anyone can find the art (Or something similar enough), I'll gladly make changes to the minion.
Also, I've decided not to change anything about Menagerie Veterinarian. It may not be strong right now, but if Zoo Priest ever becomes a thing, it'll have found it's niche. ;)
Is there any reason why you wouldn't use both though?
I think because of the smallish heal it gives, while Zoobot gives more attack at the change of 1 health, but that means a lot of more, with more stats, etc. I think Menagerie Veterinian should be a 3/3 at least, can be a lot of loose of tempo, feels a pretty weak body (Additionaly of beign a class card and epic, it doesn´t deserve it to get in there, maybe common).
And most of times, you would want to summon something strong or keep some board control.
Menagerie Veterinarian is really, really bad. Even if it restored 2 health to ALL friendly minions, it would still be terrible. Class cards are supposed to be better than neutral cards, not worse. You should make it a 3/4 and have it GIVE health instead of just restore it.
I'm actually a bit confused. Your other 3 cards seem pretty balanced, but Menagerie Veterinarian is so ridiculously underpowered that it seems like it was made by a different person.
After plenty of (justified) criticism, I've decided to quit being stubborn and change Menagerie Veterinarian. Tomorrow. I'm going to sleep now, so it'll be changed sometime tomorrow night (If I remember).

so, um, Zoobot is 3mana 3/3 and 'give' +1/+1. but Menagerie Veterinarian is just 'heal' 2 health, and 3mana 2/2?? nah, useless.
Is there any reason why you wouldn't use both though?
