Am I the only one thinking that this new keyword wouldn't make any sense? Just look at the Eerie Statue. When exactly can this minion attack? Never, because also your opponents side of the board counts. So you've literaly many more useless vanilla minions without any effect. Great.
Eerie Statue can't attack because your opponent can have minions as well where as for OP's Deserted effect, only friendly minions count, not your opponent's.
However, keeping the mechanic into consideration, cards like Arakkoa Warloc or Arakkoa Priest don't make sense to me. You want the deserted effects to keep on working, but these cards support a flood-y style of play.
It's a cool idea but the balance isn't great but that's not a problem because it's just fan made cards but the theme overall is a bit weird, these cards want to be isolated yet you created many things that support a flood type play like a zoo/aggro deck. This idea can be good though for a spell heavy deck that runs tons of spells and a few of these minions, because they won't have a lot of minions they will use the deserted effect. If you take this into consideration you could change the archetype to fit a spell deck more plus its already something that the arakkoa fit well thematically and by the lore. Instead of creating the buff cards maybe it's better to create cards with deserted that also give buffs to your spells or trigger something when you cast a spell.

"Arakkoa Thief" is extremely overpowered. If I understood the mechanic correctly, deserted does not only activate once like a battlecry but stays active just like an aura as long as you only control one minion.
e.g. in arena you could simply put the thief on the field and the opponent would have no chance of killing it if he doesn't have an aoe-spell that does min. 4 damage or a spell that does random 4 damage (e.g. bomb lobber).
In my opinion this card alone can win games or give a huge advantage, so I don't like it that way...
it takes damage if you want to attack a minion (ie only can go face if u want it to be immortal) if you want board control it will loose stealth also

@flood-y style of play yeah your right. i was going for makuing there be benefits to having multiple arakkoa but i guess that went against the theme
