No Savage Roar? This deck seems practically built for it.
You also really need Wrath, Swipe, and Keeper of the Grove, or else you'll very easily get overrun by aggro decks (it still might not be enough, but if you're forced to trade the deck will almost certainly fail).

Good idea. What would you take out for those? And the Target Dummy is meant to be dropped whenever you are going to play a bigger card. So for example, if you are going to play Soul of the Forest, you drop Target Dummy on same turn before you play that and get more value.
I'm not sure Target Dummy is honestly worth it. You're probably dropping most of your big AoE buffs later in the game anyway when you could drop a smaller minion with it regardless. You'll also probably find Frostwolf Warlord isn't worth it. With Big Game Hunter and all the destruction they've saved in their hand it won't last a turn. Taking out Jungle Panther also seems logical, given the 3-slot is a little crowded. Lastly, with both the eggs, while it will help against AoE, only 3 cards will actually activate them meaning it'll be very easy for them to never do anything. Stormwind Champion is also probably better than Mukla's Champion.
It looks like you're going for too many directions here. You say stealth, but then I also see eggs and Cult Masters and Power of the Wilds, which have little to nothing to do with stealth. If you want to build a stealth deck, stick to the theme of it, find out a game plan revolving around stealth, and build your deck accordingly.
I tried it bre TGT, tried it in TGT. It's too weak. If you are sneaking, you don't clean the board, so you have clock for doing what you want to do (and you want to win in one turn). If you trading and losing sneak, then those minions are weaker than non-sneaked ones. AoE and taunts just put final "nope" to what this deck do.
Probably someday, after some new expansion.
Still, my thoughts about what to tweak here: remove Soul of the Forest, put Enhance-o Mechano. If you have big enough clock and good luck you can obtain windfurys one turn, Savage Roars other.

The point is to not unstealth your early minions and then abuse your 4+ drops to gain advantage of having lots of minions.
Deck has been updated:
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."

I also don't get the Target Dummys.
yah I really like the concept but it needs some more OP cards.

Well if you have ideas, let them fly and maybe do some experimentation yourself. You might be able to create some Technology.

Hearthstone...I play that.
Music...I make that.

I'd add Living Roots in order to stop aggro like face.
Give a man a Murloc, and he'll eat for a day.
Give him a Murloc Knight, and people will hate him.
Interesting deck shaping up there. Maybe a Force of Nature would be useful for board clear or offensive purposes, since you are running savage roars.
