I've finished building my Malygos Druid deck and I'm happy to share it with you. If you wish, you can track your stats and post them here as well, if you like the deck. I'll write a short ''guide'' here and how this differs than the somwhat established Druid Malygos Shell. The reason I'm not tracking my stats, is due to performance issues and my hatred for any tracking tools, as I've never needed them, not even when I'm grinding legend.
Results have been surprising to say the least. You find out for yourself what I mean by that. :D
So, here is the deck and below you can find my thoughts:
Essentially, I've opted for Arcane Tyrant and Giants, rather than Innervates and I've tried to balance out ramp, tech and the ''must have'' inclusions. The idea here is you don't just rely on a single win condition, as that is really hard to do in the meta. Instead, you rely on additional tools that help you apply pressure and fight back, even when your combo pieces are missing.
For instance, Arcane Tyrans help you free up your hand and establish a stronger board presence than the ''pure combo shell''. Spreading plague coupled with a Tyrant, can help you stall and fight for the board better. Arcane Giants are the second aspect to it, where if you see you have a decent opening to apply pressure, you play Ixlid and a Giant, most of the time resulting in a board which is really hard to deal with, let alone if you play two copies in one turn.
Spellbreaker I still find to be decent enough to warrant at least one copy. There are plenty of worthy targets.
Additionally, a copy of branching patchs has been added to ensure flexibility mid-game or a much needed last breath sometimes.
There are some additional points, but feel free to comment and let me know how you like it. Any suggestions or feedback is always appreciated! :) Hoping my dear friend Kovachut can chime in as well, seeing as how valuable and detailed his feedback is. :)
I've been toying with an idea like this, but yours looks better on the face of it. I haven't really seen an idea like this before in the new meta (but I rarely play druid, so it's not like I look for it) so, what's the exact combo?

Is this about right, or is there a better one I'm missing? I think I'll bin my idea and go with yours, though. Looks like a fun deck.
Yes, it's something like that. The difference here is that I've built it in a way where you've got multiple win conditions. Thanks for checking it out. The other aspect to it is you've got ways to empty out your hand post playing UI i.e arcane tyrants and giants. The games will be very slow though, which is sth you might want to consider depending where you are at on ladder.
First game with a similar deck against Death man hand warrior. 42 damage not enough, lucky me.
Hahaha, yeah that's crazy. Matchmaking luck I guess..
Jade druid gets up to these numbers pretty regularly too since they started running branching paths. In fact, armoring up to ~70HP is the best way for them to beat Razakus priest, which is a very favored matchup now. Maybe jade druid isn't an issue for this deck because it can't clean up a big 20 mana board like warrior can though

Yeah. Jade Druid has a really tough time clearing all of those stuff. Ixlid into double arcane can be game on the spot. Regardless of their armor. Whereas with Warrior you're always afraid of overcommiting or banking on alternate win conditions.
I mean it's cool ur trying different cards and all that, but like wouldnt Corridor Creeper be 100% better card to play for 0-cost tempo wise instead of Arcane Tyrant? It would also be a lot easier to actually play it, since you wouldnt have to wait for a costly spell and for a situation where you would actually want to play said spell. Just sayin :P

Corridor Creeper can be better against aggrodecks, but chunky against control decks. I like Arcane Tyrant in druid decks, it fits well with nourish, spreading plague and UI.

Slow druids are probably the only ones who aren't running creepers (except for quest procs) and for good reason. You have no small minions of your own and tend to ignore opponent's minions in the early game to ramp. Unless you're fighting a paladin or a clueless rogue, you don't have any AOEs to get the cost down fast; your removals typically only kill 1 or 2 minions each, which is real slow. You'd more likely be casting nourish or plague far before your creeper is reduced to 0. Vs control, they won't be 0 until the super lategame where druids are doing much bigger things with their cards. In addition, they make mulligans super awkward. Druids want to mull for ramp and good removal vs tempo classes but creepers are also something you typically want to keep in the opening
I guess the upside in this list is that they can combo with Ixlid
I actually playing a variation of this deck with the creepers, since i don't have the tyrants. It's very polarized, works great against paladin (and the ladder is full of those, at least in my run currently) but are useless agaisnt warlocks and raza's (the other half).
At the end probably matter against what are you playing.
Btw a warlock just dirty rat mmy malygos on turn 2. I win three turns later FeelsGoodMan :D
Hey nice to see you're enjoying it. Well as already mentioned, Arcane Tyrant fits really well with Nourish, plague etc. You don't really have much going on in the early turns, thus creeper loses its effectiveness.

I assume its something like:
Turn 10 - Ixlid (-5) -> Faceless Manipulator (-5) -> Pop Twig (+10) -> Malygos (-9) -> Moonfire -> Moonfire
Is this about right, or is there a better one I'm missing? I think I'll bin my idea and go with yours, though. Looks like a fun deck.
