I am planning on doing a couple of online tournaments (standard/conquest) and I was wondering if you guys had some tips concerning what decks to bring. Do you just bring your 3 decks with the highest winrate on ladder or do you try to counter certain decks ?

I'm not that good but what i did was i picked one deck that is good against the tier 1 decks, one that is tier 1 and midrange hunter that is currently a pretty good deck.
Before each round started i looked carefully what classes my opponent had and checked on tempostorm the matchup of my decks against his (even though not 100% accurate its a useful site)
For example he had Warrior,Shaman and Priest and i had Miracle Rogue,C'Thun Warrior and Midrange Hunter
I know that Rogue is bad matchup against Shaman so i didn't pick, i was left with Midrange Hunter and C'Thun Warrior,C'Thun Warrior is kind of a control deck so i didn't want to risk facing Warrior or Priest which c'thun warrior doesn't have best matchup.
Midrange Hunter has good matchup against Shaman,Warrior and Priest so i chose to start with this deck to secure me a win.
After that i played with the C'thun Warrior beating the Shaman Eliminating him(usually when people loose they won't change the deck if they have good matchup against one of your classes, that is because you will no longer be able to use the deck you beat them with previously)
This worked out pretty well and i ended up in a good position in the tournament.
Hope you understood what i said because my English ain't that good.
Good luck mate!
Thanks a lot mate ! That's very helpful. I've played in a couple small tournaments before but I mostly chose by instinct and didn't put that much thought into it. Your strat seems pretty good.
Really interesting Info , I suppose also you can bring into the strat what are you banning all the time or most of the time and you can build around that, knowing you wont be facing certain type of decks

Hello everyone !
I am planning on doing a couple of online tournaments (standard/conquest) and I was wondering if you guys had some tips concerning what decks to bring. Do you just bring your 3 decks with the highest winrate on ladder or do you try to counter certain decks ?

PS : Your English seems alright to me :)
Any other tips or strategies are welcome.
1. First I write down all decks which i'm able to play/have enough cards:
Freeze Mage, Miracle Rogue, aggro Shaman, Zoo, Midrange hunter.
2. Then I write my estimate win chance for most common tournaments decks.
3. Then i decide that Warrior will be my highest priority ban choice
4. then i decide that i will for sure take Mage and Miracle Rouge.
5. then i decide that aggro shaman will be the best choice for all matchups except banned Warrior.
6. Then fill rest priorities for my ban list.
7. Sadly i'm pretty sure that some of my estimated win chances is not precise enough, so i need to test more my highlighted matchups.
