After a really cool Tavern Brawl game where I got Iron Juggernaut to shuffle some Mines in my opponent's deck, I really want to build a deck that centers around controlling the board and then finishing the opponent off with Mines to the face.
How long is the animation time for a Mine exploding? Maybe I should go for the ultimate combo and add Nozdormu. Taking 10 damage to the face is much more effective when you lose your turn and get beaten down by a giant dragon immediately after it.
Maybe try a CW deck with and replace 2 cards with Brann Bronzebeard and Iron Juggernaut. CW has already a few Battlecry minions, if you want you can replace even more minions with Battlecry minions to get more value from Brann.
I like the idea of combining both suggestions, turning it into a hybrid of control and fatigue warrior. I don't have to force the opponent to overdraw when he has a Mine in his deck, but adding Coldlight certainly helps drawing him faster to fatigue and into drawing Mines. So the strategy is to accelerate both players while answering all their threats. Eventually you want to be shuffling two Mines in their deck and go to fatigue.
I also like the suggestion of Deathlord.
I'm trying to think of other good (battlecry) minions that fit this playstyle.

Obviously Brann Bronzebeard and Youthful Brewmaster are included. But what other cards would be good for this strategy? Antique Healbot and Shieldmaiden are amazing with Brann, and heal helps me survive and stabilize.

Any other ideas?
Deathlord, Coldlight oracle, Ancient Sword, 2 brawls, revenge, bouncing blades, gorehowl, makes for a cool hybrid of fatigue and mill warrior.

Do mines go off when milling your opponent?
