I have always played fatigue warrior on ladder and the farthest I have gone using only fatigue warrior deck was rank 1 on ladder. It is a real fun and strong deck to play, however because of all the unfavourable match ups against paladin's it has kind of fallen out of flavour.
For those who are familiar with fatigue warrior, you originally had one win condition which is to win the game by killing all your opponents threats in the most efficient way, while preserving your own card draw. This deck has a good match up against all decks except paladins. With the introduction of Reno Jackson and Elise Starseeker you now have one extra win condition, and a strengthened existing win condition.
If you are familiar with playing fatigue warrior, it is very easy to draw through your whole deck and go into fatigue. Reno Jackson will give you a full heal when you are almost exhausted, providing this deck with a more favourable matchup against secret paladin's which is its main weakness.
Elise Starseeker on the other hand provides you with 1 extra card in your deck against fatigue damage and an extra win condition when you are behind in the fatigue matchups, if you are in a good position you can always choose to not play the golden monkey. However if you play fatigue matchups often you will know that most of the time you will end up with shield blocks/brawl and some removal in your hand as final cards which are unusable. Turning these into legendary minions could outpressure your opponent in the last phase of the game.
I believe these two new cards will become a staple in fatigue warriors.
@EgosHoppe: The decklist is in the link on the top of my post.
Yes Reno Jackson only looks at the remaining cards of your deck! You have to try it! Consistently killing everything a paladin throws at you and fatigue them into victory is the best feeling ever : )
They should just change justicar so it makes warriors only gain 3 armor(similar to hunter). The effect is just ridiculous right now.
And the sad part is, it doesn't even help warriors that much against aggro, it just makes control mirrors unnwinnable against them if you go into fatigue.
edit:ok,unless you are playing handlock, then jaraxxus just owns them.
I've played quite a bit of fatigue warrior and one thing I've noticed is that in most of the games that I win, my armor is the determining factor. If I'm able to control the board with brawls, weapons, slams, executes, etc and set up Justicar before it's too late, my armor is what allows me to survive until fatigue. I'm wondering if restoring health to full will even be much of an advantage since in the games I win, my health total isn't what keeps me in the game.
Will Fatigue warrior become top tier after LOE?

Edit:
Just made legend with it after adding Reno Jackson.

Never thought of using Elise in that way... cool. Brann and Reno will be staples in Fatigue Warrior for sure.

The matchup against secret paladin has improved significantly.
Very OP deck imho. Boring to play against and boring to play for me, don't like playing 20 minute games...
You shall cut down the largest tree in the forest with......... A HERRING!!

You have 12 duplicates, is it really possible to recognise if you already drew all of them?

Then Control Paladin shall rise, I'd love to see that coming.
