I'm sure any deck that uses the Hero Power a lot or tries to abuse Inspire will take good advantage of this minion. That said, like most giants, it's a dead card early in the game.

i m starting to think ppl dont read the question, i m not saying should i put it in warlock,
This is forum. Your title should mention like is Frost Giant viable in Control Warrior? Yay or Nay. =)
Anyway, I think Frost Giant is pretty decent. Comparison to the other giants which the cost can fluctuate. This guy has permanent reduction to its cost. So you will definitely be able to play it at 1 point if you manage to stall the game long enough.
Oops I read your post but didn't answer the question.
I think a frost giant could be nice in control warrior as you use your hero power almost every turn, plus it has no drawbacks when drawn into play with Varian Wrynn.
In CW you want to have very few minions on the board at the same time and most of those minions should have some extra effect like a battlecry but I guess the giant should be OK as it will not cost much and you'll be able to do some other things out of your turn.

I used to be a control player like you, then I took a quick shot to the knee.

thought i made it clear when i post it in warrior section and ask could it work in warrior.... but i do appreciate the support.
I don't think this works for handlock. They don't abuse their hero power so much, not like an inspire deck, and they already have their own giants. Warrior is the more obvious one, priest could also use if he's focusing on high hp minions trading all the time. Mage can abuse their hero power as much as they want. And druid could invest in a hero power deck with the savage beast they got.
It felt strong to play when playing the mage brawl deck. I could see them as cheaper (dust wise) finishes cards in control warrior. Grinder mage might love them. I wonder if the old sea giant shaman decks would find use for a frost giant or two? Maybe with charged hammer. Seems like anti-synergy, so maybe remove sea giants. Aggro charged hammer with frost giants?
so i got a chance to jump into tavern brawl and end up with medivh a few times today....
i got a chance of play with Frost Giant
and even when i wasnt spending too much time on hero power i was looking at a nicely reduce cost on it (4-5 casting cost) mid to late game.
i always imagine him to be a hand lock card but while playing him it got me thinking..... could it work in warriors?
so to all control warrior players, do you think theres room and do you think its good for frost giant to be in the deck?

I say Yay.
Better than I thought
I think it would be viable in any control deck, because the games with these decks last quite long to eventually use this minion for 0+ mana.
And yes, one more giant for handlock...
Maybe you could put one of those into an Echo-Giant deck.
You tend to use your hero power a lot in the early turns and it could add to the combo.

i am asking
CAN THIS GO IN CONTROL WARRIOR?
would this work?
I don't think Handlock needs another giant. That's 6 giants right there, that's a little bit too redundant.
Hearthstone...I play that.

worse part is that this is the warrior forum.

I actually meant for my comment to be a reply for another comment, my bad for not quoting.

Echo mage.
Two points: one more 0-mana giant for echo/dublicate, without requirement to be at 10 hp.
Second: mages have good buffs to hero power, to be used control-style. 2 damage pings are damn good.
i m asking warrior control specifically

I think it can be viable in Handlock and Warrior control, rest, dont think so.
It's not bad, but not very good either. Handlock is way better off with Mountain Giants. A lot more reliable.
edit:
It might fit into dedicated decks tho.
