Probably gala priest out heals pretty well against them , and also bomb war suffers to most decks that don’t play around board states and have burst damage from hand like face hunter spell shaman, or tempo demon hunter
Bomb warriors are weak to aggressive decks Their win con takes some time to set-up and they have expensive board clears, their cheapest one, Bladestorm, can be played around with. In a deck of 30, Sword and Board, EVIL Quartermaster, and maybe Shield Block are the best early game tools. If they don't draw those they lose.
Alternative is to tech in weapon removal in whatever deck you run. Most bomb warrior lists only run 3 weapon iterations (2 Wrenchcalibur and 1 Hoard Pillager).
At the moment I play a midrange hunter or a rush hunter and the only decks i struggle are priests. My decks snowball with high damage minions mid game so before the bombs usually kill me.
I had an interesting game against a Big Demon Warlock. I had put a few bombs into his deck and was getting ready for a big Blastmaster Boom turn and then....he played Arch-Villain Rafaam, quite an interesting counter;)

Sphere of Sapience is also quite effective against Bomb Warrior; ensuring that any potential bomb draws instead go to the bottom of your deck. It also has a nice upside of being useful against non-weapon decks unlike ooze. Fits well into control decks.
Keep in mind as well that if you sit with 10 cards in your hand and you overdraw the bomb you don't take damage. Quite effective in priest where you can just rely on discover value and happily overdraw.

This. Bomb archetypes are combo decks and lose to aggro. Just make sure you have a minion to play each turn, play smart around boardclears (which they also run) and you win by turn 6/7.
Any bomb decks (also deathrattle hunter back in boomsday) are combo since they take time to set up but do massive unblockable damage over time. But only if you draw a lot of your cards of your deck, which isn't the case with an aggro deck (you only use like 1/3 of your deck -> you don't draw that many bombs). Combo destroys control and control likes to go lategame, that's why it's usually an auto-lose if you want to destroy bomb with control.
Oddly enough, it’s Face Hunter. Vicious Syndicate does a weekly meta report where they talk about each class and decks and their position in the meta. Face Hunter historically doesn’t do well against Warrior, but this version of Face Hunter is able to SMOrc down Warrior. Their data backs this up.
Which deck is currently the best counter for the bomb warrior?
Dunno, but you can try Wyrmrest Purifier vs Bomb Warrior.
Kobold Stickyfinger
Bomb warrior used to counter my HL priest, so I put ooze, kobold and zephrys to counter his weapons.

don't waste your time with ooze
just play face hunter and destroy them

100 IQ to counter bombs with zephyrs

Omg yes Arch-Villain Rafaam. I was about to suggest that. Fun games

Face hunter, face hunter
You should see Cheonsu's lineup for GM lol. He tried to hard counter bomb warrior by teching in the standard stuff (like Acidic Swamp Ooze, Kobold Stickyfinger), plus cards you wouldn't even think about using-- Archivist Elysiana, Sphere of Sapience, and even the never seen Wyrmrest Purifier.

I've had great luck against Bomb warrior with Tinder Druid. Tons of healing and taunt and a wicked late game. Here's the link:
