Another thread complaining about classes, whatever, basically I'm considering breaking off from Hearthstone this expansion because of the new Warrior archtype. At the moment warrior has cards that do absolutely everything and then some. Many will say that aggro or mech-hunter counters the new Warrior, which I don't understand in the slightest, the only win you'll take from using these decks is a lucky one.
Warrior has cards that: give survivability, draw, clear the board, control the board, deal damage, slam down big minions, mech synergies, dragon synergies, weapon synergies, add more op tools it's used to it's hand, give a hero that can do almost all of these, and lastly cards that LITERALLY KILL YOU IF YOU DRAW
Sound kinda familiar? It's because Paladin has almost all these and is balanced, showing that the class atm is a screw up
How do you beat this exactly? Oh! You can try playing aggressive to beat them to their swing! Nope. Warrior will turn 1 drop E. Rover, gain armor, stall with Weapons Project, and clear your board with Warpath, Dynomatic, and Brawl
Ok then let's try control. Nope. No matter what, even if you play a cheese resurrection priest, Warrior will gain enough armor to take a hit from a 48 attack enforcer, kill it, and then clear every big board you set up. Even if you somehow found a deck to counter every card at Warriors disposal, you'll die to mf bombs by the end game. Oh? What's that you say? Archivist Elysiana? Lmao good idea dude play a sub-par card that tramples the counter deck you built and lose to Warriors other tools. You could use it for fatigue I guess, but you won't live that long because there's 9 bombs in your deck waiting for you
I've tried every Warrior counter deck out there and somehow the class I lose to the most is Warrior. I've been in situations where Ive had cards like Mechano-Egg and Mechanical Dragonling, both on the board in in my hand. Warrior can clear them, and the minions they spawn. I'll get the others out there, and even magnetize buff them. Cleared, and now he's got minions on the board too. Alright then, counter the minions, put down an Undatakah. Cleared, and the minions it spawns. Kangors Endless Army next. Cleared. Like 8 games in a row.
How you ask? Because every card it has clears the board, and has rush
Naturally at first I thought that a nerf was needed, but that's impossible at this point: almost every piece in the Warrior meta would have to be changed. Sh*ts as common as the good ol Hilander Priest too, after the middle ranks it's all you'll face.
Now that 4-horsemen are gone there's nothing that can survive and deal enough damage to beat Warrior. Y'all are on your own
Tldr; I'm salty of playing the same unbeatable warrior archtype, bye bye for now hearthstone
It's beyond me how someone would have tolerated the past year's meta, which saw very little change from the start, only to choose NOW to leave the game. So it was good for you before, and bad now? I mean you no disrespect, clearly you're very irritated, so maybe you're doing what's best for you...I just think your reasoning is misguided at best.

I have 15-4 against warriors with Khadgar Dragon mage at ranks 5-2. The answer in many games was Elysiana, which i put instead of second crowd roaster. So i dont really understand this "you cant counter warrior" topic. Also, at least for me, this mage deck have pretty decent match ups against other meta decks (except token druid, this exact mage deck has to get lucky to beat tokens), so it is not just "win against warriors/lose to everything else".
It really baffles me why a lot of people think Warrior is the problem in this meta. Is Control/Bomb Warrior strong and frustrating to play against? Yes, but they're not unbeatable. It loses to Mech decks and that new Conjurer Mage, so it's not exactly terrorizing the meta.
What it's doing is preventing Rogues from absolutely dominating the meta. I mean, you've seen the new Tempo Rogues right, how strong they are? If CW doesn't exist, Rogues would run roughshod over everyone. Which is probably good news to the OP, since that'll be another thing to complain about.
As a CW Fan since Pre Naxx I can say that the Class has struggled over the last 3 expansions or so, including ridiculous cards like Blackhowl Gunspire and Rotface trying to push an Archetype that sucked balls.
And as much as I enjoyed the idea of hurting my minions for good stuff, it was bad.
Warrior has always been the greedy Control Class and why is that suddenly a problem? The deck sucks against 2/3rds of the Meta and you are motivated enough by this to pour out a Salty Diatribe?
Idk what they were thinking when they added respectively Omega Devastator and Waggle Pick to the classes with already the two cards above in their arsenal.
Standard may be balanced and refreshing, but look at how classes/archetypes are brutally supported in a very specific way.
ie Warrior has been given flawlessly good Armor/Mech cards since Boomsday.
The Standard meta is basically sealed during card design phase, with such ridiculous cards being pumped in, amongst a sea of useless or meme cards (that turn out to be broken in Wild, but that's another story i suppose...).
Its baffling that everybody on here is like "LUL JUST PLAY MECHHUNTER/etc. 4HEAD" .
Sure that's a solution but then you get destroyed by rogues who are 30% of the ladder rn. not to mention that warrior mirrors are terribly boring and soul crushing when you lose a 40min game because of elysiana RNG

If a deck would dominate Warriors and Rogues It would be the best of the format and you would be complaining all in caps about It.
Every class has its defenders. And if it is T1 the inevitable response: the class isn't a problem. As the OP is focussing on warrior, the problem is simply bad card design. While one picks on the other seldom it is recognized that underperforming card designers are the core reason for a lack of balance.
To nerf means bad card design. That is unacceptable. It denotes a lack of quality which they get away with. Successful divide and rule. I must give them that.
Off topic but it's odd that the "reply" button doesn't reply to the comment but the post...it seems kind of odd to have it after the each comment then...

Cant comment on standard because I dont play it ,but you can try Wild.
You should go face, face is the place.
Dead but dreaming

Same thoughts ,still having PTSD from the DKs.
Your bad if you cant beat warrior with any archetype right now.
Control Warrior winrate right now from HSReplay....
27.3% vs Deathrattle Hunter
29.4% vs Conjurer Mage
29.3% vs Mech Paladin
40.1% vs Rez Priest
51.8% vs Token Druid
Really it is only good vs Rogue, Warlock and Shaman right now.

I eat warriors for breakfast with my value mech hunter (whelps, oblivitron, nine lives and ZuLULjun)
Joe Dirt is the OP...

like REALLY? Warrior has been sh#thole like about 2-3 expansions and gets decent cards and few viable deck and everyone loses their mind???
git gud

Warrior keeps rogue in check, its been on the bottom for may expansions, now its 4th strongest class at best.

I don't get it. 🤔
4/3/19 RIP Keith Flint. 😔
Warrior is not unbeatable right now. But its only popular foe is Conjurer Mage. The others are nearly off-meta atm.
Point is Shield Slam is honestly insane, in the same way Raiding Party is for Rogue.

i play shaman and i am somewhere at 80% winrate against warriors... Bad part is the games need 30+ minutes ...
