Warrior still has Shield Slam, Brawl, Execute, and all of the Raven removal, so they'll be alright in that regard. They could probably use more armor gain, but the Dragon package and the Mech Package are both hanging around, so again, they'll be fine.

i know he has a lot of removals, but lack aoe. This is a huge deal.
Warrior might be...a little unconventional this set. I think later on in the year we'll start getting more traditional cards again (like the Taunt gimmick in Un'Goro into the more reasonable Blood Razor/Scourgelord in KotFT) but for now Warrior is going to be in a weird spot without Tank Up and amazing aoe like Reckless Flurry and Blood Razor.
We still don't know the entire set so I wouldn't count them out just yet, but we DO get Dr. Boom, which is cool. I'm looking forward to experimenting with these new themes until we get some stronger cards down the line. That's typically how Warrior works in standard.
To be honest, I have never liked reckless fury. And with brawl, warpath, execute and all the dragon's and other minions execute-like battlecries, I think it will be just fine. More worried about the lack of board clears or even single target clears from a warlock class tho, but that's a subject for another thread.

Um... good? This early into a new rotation you can’t have too many control cards in a class. Little bit down the line and it will feel more appropriate.
Since they designed Control Warrior to gain 4 armor, no surprise if the archetype will suffer. The less armor you have, the more mass removal (or board) you need.
As wee see they changed their idea, but IMO Year of the Raven control cards were supposed to support Odd Warrior. Now I have no clue about future decklists...
Actually prefer a lower number of board clears. The problem blizzard keeps creating is by the end of the current standard year some classes have 4-6 and just sit back without an interactive board. Hopefully this time around they keep it to a minimum.
A class that has a classic set board clear isn’t getting more clears? Well, boo-hoo.
Also, as someone else said, Deadly Arsenal can easily see play with Gorehowl and/or Sulthraze.
As if a deck running 3 or more endgame weapons work, you clearly dont play warrior.
Supercollider might be enough. It's a 5 aoe for 6 mana, while Flurry was a minimum of 4 aoe for 5 mana (in one turn, assuming you have no armor). In that sense it doesn't sound too bad, but it is, because Flurry was so flexible and armor was easy to tank up, but this might be the best we can do for the time being.
With only brawl and warpath, i think the control warrior will suffer a lot.
I hope so :D

Oh, goody.
Neither does Priest, Mage or Warlock.

Warrior will be too busy stuffing your deck with bombs to worry about clearing your board or hoarding armor.

Warpath Archmage Vargoth
the new control warrior will run the same number of board clears that odd warrior did, so i dont know what you complaining about
Or you could just cast two more warpaths instead of getting one cast from Vargoth.

Baku Warrior in Standard has given an extremely skewed sense of how Warrior is supposed to work.

Also, Sul'thraze and Supercollider are both still AOE's of a sort.
