First take on this, obviously room for improvements. Don't overlook the value of Dragoncatcher or Sleeping dragon as both will be very strong if pulled. I considered running one of each but I think you honestly need to run two of each given the overall dragon synergy. Also, please don't waste time and mention how Harrison can be recruited....chances are slim with everything else in the deck... I think the biggest consideration is adding Y'sharaaj but I would prefer not to remove any of the dragons..... Geo sculptor might be what I consider removing.
Maybe value wise but you have 0% chance of pulling a dragon taunt if you replace sleepy dragon. It's only decent because of the dragon tag and the fact that if you pull it the dragoncatcher is more than likely going to net a second pull.
Just try normal control warrior this exp we have a lot of new tools. Recruit Warrior dont get enough support yet to be as good as the Big Priest or big druid counter part, why bother try.
The key to a successful deck in this meta is being able to play around Zoo; i.e. 1/1 and 1/2's on T1, buffs for them T2 and 3.
I'd compromise some of the more greedy cards in the deck for more cheap damage spells since the deck doesn't want any cheap minions. Bladed Gauntlet + Iron Hides might be good despite them being 1 mana gain 5 armor since the deck can really use more armor for Reckless Fury and Shield Slam anyway; alternatively a single Whirlwind and Cleave can work wonders. Blood To Ichor can fit in the deck too since it's a spell and not a minion, but it doesn't deal with 1/1's well and the deck generally can't play it pre-6 without the opponent having a minion on board.
I think its enough to play like 4-5 big boys ( Yshaarj, Alex, Ysera, Lich King, Grommash) and the 6 mana taunt, which is also decent to be pulled out. Then u play removal (2 Shield Slam, 2 Execute, 1-2 Fishes, 1-2 Flurrys, 1-2 Brawls --> depending on meta). Due to dead mans hand there is no need to play a ton of big boys, because u shuffle them back to your deck.
What is the point of Dragonhatcher if it doesn't trigger same turn you recruted it? It will simply die on opponents turn without doing anything. Lich King and Grommash are better options.
I really don’t think it’s a huge issue, it’s just one of the five dragons. Likelihood is that you pull a different dragon the majority of the time. Worst case scenario you miss a dream card once in like 3-4 games (probably less). Your opponent will have to answer it regardless which leaves you room to recruit another large minion the next turn and possibly keeps your dragonhatcher alive.
There are also only blood razors for grom trigger so idk if it’s worth it. I originally had him in the list but removed him after seeing this.
I've been working on a big warrior and it honestly is hard to build it. Namely we're lacking one good cheap armor gaining spell. I know Bring It On! is a thing but I think its a risky play since you gotta have flurry to combo otherwise you put yourself in a worse position. Here's my version of the deck that I've been working on:

I think valuewise Lich King > Sleepy Dragon

I mean, in regards to beating zoo, the only thing the deck is missing are ghouls. Every other standard piece of removal except a WW is present.

Ummmm....dragoncatcher clearly states “at the end of your turn”. You will get instant value at the end of the turn you recruited it.
