Jaraxxus has a superior hero power than Warlock and can win games on it's own. Mal'ganis has synergy with Bloodreaver Gul'dan, but that's pretty much it. By turn 9, your opponent can easily deal with a 9/7.

You are forgetting about these badboys and that he buffs ALL demons, including the ones dropped from Voidlord:
Mal'Ganis is the far superior craft atm, even though he is Wild only.
If you are talking about lore, I am pretty sure Lord Jaraxxus is the more powerful charcter. Mal'Ganis a Dreadlord leader but not not a world beater afaik, and absolutely not eternal.
If you don't know anything about Wild, you probably shouldn't be giving that advice. Mal'Ganis is threatening turn 4 because of Voidcaller, so it's not just Bloodreaver.
To the OP's point, I think Mal'Ganis is the obvious king. Jaraxxus was pretty dominant a few years ago, but the game has changed. Putting yourself at a 15 health cap is extremely dangerous in today's game. Mal'Ganis makes you immune and can be cheated out, so yeah. You can certainly cheat Jaraxxus out, but it's the Battlecry you want to go off, so it's a bit pointless to cheat him out; it truly is a turn 9+ play, and you better not be behind.

I don't play Wild, so I can't tell for sure, but I believe Mal'Ganis is far superior craft than Jaraxxus. Setting your max hp to 15 is reaaaaaaly bad (your opponent can just burst you down and it's not even funny how decks can do it nowadays). Yes, hero power is awesome and the weapon is kinda nice and this card can win you a game or 2 on it's own, but so can Mal'Ganis in my opinion. He is a threat on the board that your opponent needs to answer immediately, before doing anything else or he loses the game. Lord J. starts to build a pressure as the games goes on with his ridiculous hero power, but your opponent can just decide to go face and ends the game in 1-2 turns. And the 9-mana cost makes it so that you can't summon 6/6 infernal the turn you play him and start taking control of the board.
Edit: I didn't know you were talking about lore. Then Lord Jaraxxus is definitely more powerful than a mere dreadlord.

But he is eternal, warcraft demons just go back to the twisting nether until they can reemerge. It's hard to keep a good dreadlord down lol
I was trying to read up on them, and immortailty is not a prume feature of dreadlords, at least. They are mainly leutenants and battlefield commanders, so the demon buff makes sense.
Also, 2 dreadlords are actually dead acording to wowpedia, but this is pretty hardcore lore stuff I will never be truely familiar with...
Looking at the wiki, jaraxxus is such a minor character in the WOW lore while malganis was central in warcraft 3..
I mean jaraxxus is only a boss that is summoned cause Wilfred Fizzlebang(which is also insignificant in the WOW lore) is an idiot who can't summon right, comparing characters by powerlevels like you want to seems pointless to me I would say malganis has more character in WOW..
while jaraxxus is kind of like dr. boom.. insignificant in WOW lore but HS made of him a really refined character (I am hopping we will see him in this year "recurring villains" storyline).
Tell me.

I'm almost certain Demons are no longer reborn after death after the raid on Antorus.

Lord Jaraxxus is the mightiest of them all.
lorewise, Jaraxxus is more powerfull
