I just installed it and opened the game up and am confused on how to get back into things. I'm assuming its better to play Standard since i dont have most the cards to play Wild. I'm curious what i should play as a Warlock. What decks are good these days? Would anyone be able to lead me in the right direction to get started? Also, i have about 3.5k dust i had saved from WAY back. Thanks !!
Rotation is coming up in April, and most of the good cards in Standard atm will move permanently to Wild. So now you have the choice: Do you want to just commit to Wild and never have to worry about rotation, or go to Standard for a more balanced but monotonous experience?
The best 3 Warlock decks atm are Cubelock (Control Warlock), Evenlock (Handlock), and Zoo. Zoo is pretty cheap and will most likely remain strong after rotation, while Cubelock and Evenlock will be gutted. However, a different version of Control Warlock that uses a lot of the same tools as cubelock is amazing in Wild, so if you want to just play that you'll have a good time. Its called Renolock and its pretty awesome.
I'd look at all the different decks that you can play and consider 4 things: the dust cost, its current viability, how fun it is, and its viability after rotation.
First off Thanks for all the responses! Much appreciated.
Secondly, im a fan of a more strategic approach not a one hit wonder type of playstyle. For example, just going face is your strategy. To repetitive in my opinion. With that in mind anything that you'd recommend id be down for most likely. Being standard or Wild it doesnt matter, keep in mind im at around 3.5k.

If you are going for wild, you may want to consider Even Lock. It can easily shutdown a lot of aggressive decks and punishes greedy control decks. Decision making is key for if you want to keep tapping or conserving your board clears for maximum impact. But the best part is, you get to slam your opponent's face with a taunted mountain giant/ molten giant and they can't do anything about it!
This year is quite interesting in case of "strategic" playstyles - there is a few OTK decks, quite competitive. Unfortunately, all of those will be around 10k dust to fully craft, maybe mechatun druid would be the cheapest one.
Any Guide suggestions on these decks you guys are recommending? I do Have A lot of the older cards seems like some of those are used like Both giants etc. Used to play Zoo+Reno back in the day.
Hearthpwn.com and hsreplay.net have tools to import your collection and big library of decks, first contains decks created and maintained by users, second live data from hs deck trackers. If you are limited in dust check there what you can afford with your collection.

RenoLock is still one of the best warlock deck in the wild. It has shit loads of removal and sustains against aggro match-ups while also out-valuing other control decks. This is the most successful version of the reno lock (according to hsreplay.com):
The cards from the sets released in 2017 are on average a lot stronger than the cards from the sets released in 2018. So if you want a deck that is good right now or want to play Wild, get packs or craft cards from those sets, in particular the Death Knights (from the Knights of the Frozen Throne set, there is one per class). If you want to play Standard and not lose too much on rotation (April), the main cards to consider crafting would be Zilliax and Genn Greymane (Genn's odd cousin Baku the Mooneater is also strong, but Genn is good with Warlock in particular).
I think every class is playable at the moment. Druid just got nerfed (Wild Growth and Nourish) so a lot of people stopped playing it, but it's still viable. Hunter is the most represented class, with several different archetypes. Hunter is not just a smorc class anymore: for example Deathrattle Hunter doesn't really get going until turn 8. The strength of Hunter owes a lot to Deathstalker Rexxar though, so it remains to be seen how strong it will be after rotation. Some people are getting tired of the card now that it's played so much, but you could consider crafting it: building zombeasts is a lot of fun.
The meta is mostly mid-range and combo decks at the moment. There are some aggressive decks, but these are aggressive mid-range variants (like zoo), not smorc decks like the old Face Hunter. There are a few control decks, mainly Priest and Warrior. Because there are a lot of combo decks out there, control can end up in unwinnable situations, such as versus Paladin combo decks or Mecha'thun decks.
Another card you could consider crafting is Whizbang the Wonderful, since that allows you to play random deck recipes. While the deck recipes aren't the most tuned decks, they're not terrible either and a good way to explore archetypes.
I'm not sure if this already existed when you last played, but you now get a guaranteed legendary from one of the first ten packs of every set. So it would be worth opening packs from each set until your first legendary. Even if it's a bad legendary or you decide to play Standard after rotation, it's still a lot of dust. (Only the first 10 packs ever from each set, so this won't work for you for Classic or old Wild sets).

Even warlock, cubelock, cthun warlock are the best warlock decks atm. But if u are lower ranks zoo and control warlock might work fine.
Not sure when you last played, but get this - Control Hunter is a thing.

Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
As has already been stated, you should build with the jpcoming rotation in mind.
Even warlock and Zoolock will probably remain relevant, although they will both lose a few cards. Choose your poison between those.
I'm not aware of any archetype of hunter which (in standard at least) can be called control. One hero card doesn't make control deck...

There are cards that can be replaced such as mojomaster and jeklik
