I see that the curve is low on 3 mana, wouldn't be better to cut a 1-drop and add a 3-drop?
You don't play Keleseth on 2 most of the time, so probably it's really important to have the 3-drop on turn 3 every game.
Thanks. Five 3 drops instead of four would be ideal, but it's not as good as to sub any other card in the deck (according to my tests anyway).
I prefer being heavier on 1 drops than in 3 drops, as the former tend to be better (in relative terms).
Kobold librarian and the occasional tap on turn 2 increase your chances of drawing a 3 drop, and if you don't get it you can always tap and play a 1 drop (not as good as a 3 drop but not too bad)
So yeah, I'd say that in most of my games I had a 3 drop to play in turn 3, and when I didn't it wasn't that big of a deal.
