I don't get the big deal. Warlock has so many good board clears that no list even has space to run all of them. The fact that they have so many diminishes the value individual cards
You can say what you like about hunters and rogues but they are doing just fine in the meta without board clears due to their own unique strengths. Why would blizzard print them any? If every class had good board clears and other monopolized strengths from each class then you could play the same style/archetype of deck in whichever class you want and then there would be no point in having different classes
I suppose one of the things that has frequently brought my mind back to this whole discussion is the realization that while I do enjoy playing various decks of some of the classes that lack board clears (whether in tempo form, combo/otk form, even aggro rarely) I hate how for the most part you can't run a greedy rogue control deck or you always struggle with big boards as hunter (which pressures you to just go for smorc strats). I feel that these classes lacking a way to deal with wide boards or a few big things at once is the reason decks like rogue and hunter are pigeonholed into the tempo, aggro, and combo playstyles.
Meanwhile, warlocks have always been the long term poster child of what the current druids are now; a class that gets the freedom to play any playstyle they want and usually make it work.
That's just how it is... not everyone is going to like every class playstyles. That's normal and how the game is designed. This is better than forcing the classes into something they're not
As for druids: that's news to me. Where's my aggro druid? Where is my burn druid? All the druids except for the rare spiteful druid plays out exactly the same. You ramp, you remove some minion, you armor, you summon your 3/6, you ramp again, then you play your Hadronox or UI into your win condition. Sure, you can make almost any kind of late game combo win condition work but that's just a small part of the deck
Where is your aggro Druid? Have you only played Hearthstone for 6 months?
They were dominating for quite some time not long ago.
