I have tried everything I can think of to make this matchup SEMI tolerable. Meaning all the usual AOE and board clears and adding 2x Siphon Soul and 2x Blastcrystal Potion and it just doesnt seem to matter I just cannot win this matchup.
I am currently rank 5 and choosing Control Warlock as my deck of choice. Sadly I am running into a lot of Big Priests. Can someone who may understand this matchup better give me some tips? I have probably a 20% win rate against it, if that =/
I play wild control warlock and I am about 50:50 with big priest. Of course if he gets Barnes to Yshaarj to Yshaarj on turn 3, then it is 0% WR, but that does not happen that often.
You can cheat out infinite 3/9 taunt, he can cheat out infinite 10/10. Actually 10/10>3/9 so u can t win :)

I know the struggle, big priest have better tempo and more value than control/cubelock however I play in wild where sylvanas and loatheb (which usually shut them down a turn) are amazing cards to counter big priest. I don't really know how can you beat big priest with decent draws without those two cards. best of luck anyway
I play Renolock in Wild and I managed to win against Big Priests, 'cause I run Kabal Courier (which is good to find Polymorph or Blizzard) and Kazakus (looking for polymorph effects). Gnomeferatu is very helpful too.
I don't know if the positive winrate is consistent, 'cause on Wild I play on low ranks, 'cause I use to focus on Standard.
I can't decide who to root for... evil or... more evil?
Not sure why you perceive control warlock as evil. I think most ppl wouldnt really consider it to be that unfair. Cubelock is way more unfair, as well as big priest

you just cant win against every class mate, there will be always at least 1 anti matchup against your deck

Since you don't have a Hex or Polymorph, tech in Tinkmaster Overspark ? Just a thought :D
Big priests have to rely on luck instead of skill, that's the whole point of the deck. You can't win when they highroll.
Fuck cubelock
You've to run for your rin condition while defending the board with voidlords. I think the matchup isn't that hard if they don't high roll.
I will crush you!

Its just control lock not cube so git down off yer high horse and quit making wise cracks.
