Umbra combos are awesome on paper but how often do you use them? Umbra/Lackey and Umbra/Cube are 9 mana. Umbra/Sylvanas is 10. Is it worth waiting or do you risk playing her alone? Or protected by taunts at least?
I played a bit with weapon and really don't know how to evaluate it. It's a good way to put your doomguards in play when they're clogging your hand and you don't draw the Voidcallers (or getting down those Voidlords at T6 to shut down an aggro opponent). On the other hand, playing all your demons automatically may get you into your control opponent's AoEs before you can plan it.
So, if there's any Wild player there, do you think our cubelock needs any of them?
weapon for sure, because you dont wanna discard cards in this deck after playing doomguard
Yeah, as I said that's one of its main purposes as you absolutely CAN'T play it from hand and risk discarding something important (basically everything except for Mistress and Coil).

Umbra is ok, not more and not less. I use her in my current list, no regrets.
Skull of the Man'ari is a waste of a card slot in Wild.
