So now that we've had a few weeks to practice, tell me - is rin worth crafting? I do want to try her out, and I've seen people pull her off, but at the same time, I'm just not sure if she's actually useful, or will fall out after a few more weeks.
Presently she doesn't seem to be all that good. Fun yes but not really competitive ~ about a high tier 3 deck at best!

No. Even if you get Atziri, you would have often won anyway or still proceed to lose. It's very rare that she actually wins you the match (or the demons). That said, she does put your opponent onto a countdown, and is a decent option from Stonehill Defender at times. Personally, I'd not put her in my deck, but I run 2 Stonehill, which usually gives me her as an option if I need her.

As for me I decided to try her and it was first legendary of this set I crafted yesterday (if somebody said me that before release I would say "lol you are jocking, i would never craft this card")))
I haven't played to many games with her, something like 20-25 games, and it was helpfull against big spell mage twice, miracle rogue with his infinite dagger and once against BIG priest. Not so much archetypes actually... Razakus now are running dragons and you had play aggressively against him now, against jades it is nearly no sense, because when you will destroy his deck his golems will be 11/11+ and he will sure have some single idol in hand.
So I wouldn't say this card is so useful, but anyway it is additional wincondition against few archetypes and overall fun card to play. At least I don't regret I crafted her
Very good vs control mage as they slow as fcuk and is a grinder deck not a OTK deck like Priest and you can just play the seal for easy win. Vs other control matchup, it is a coin toss for me. If the board state is even and you have board clear in hand, just spend 10 mana to play two seal every turn easily make your opponent panic and fall into your board clear. But you have weakling on your board and they have a bonemared corridor creeper on their side, you have to play reactively for few turn and when you finally play the 10/10 both of you goinge to run out of card anyway. But having said that, its is still a free 10/10 demon.
Rin cost 1 mana more thanFen Creeper, which is borderline unplayable even in arena. If you call that "at worst average" I'm not sure what game you are playing.
Stole Rin with my Priest by slamming it into a Voidlord via Shadow Madness but didn't get the quest off. Rin is kinda like turning a warlock into a quest mage but without the freezes and blizzards. More of a question of how you can keep popping up taunts like Voidlord.
Had to concede tonight to a warlock with Rin as I was testing out the Infinite Astral Tiger/Recruit druid deck (fun despite being glacial; actually may play druid now). Downed one Voidlord and had him to 10 health but he popped a second Voidlord, then used a Carnivorous Cube on it.
/Shadow Madness can pick up some nice cards in this expansion.
In the later stages where mana efficiency dont count she gives you a 3-6 2-2 3-3 4-4 5-5 6-6 10-10 = 69 worth of stats for 1 card and puts the enemy on a clock but of course she is ultra slow.
she is like a super slow value pyros and won me a lot of games.
I am the reactionary type of player so she fits perfektly in my playstyle.
Dont craft her when you want to active close out the game via a lot of pressure
I've won several games already because I've killed off the opponents deck - including a hunter (amusingly enough).
You have to play her in control warlock, and she can't be the focus of the deck or rin's gonna get you butchered. Essentially, Rin's a tech card that will stop combo decks cold if you can pull it off.
She’s cool, and a nice addition to control warlock decks, but most of her utility is used in control mirrors. Since control decks are very uncommon in the meta right now, she is not considered good

It is exactly one week and not a few. Definitely not enough to draw conclusions like this.
A good example for "nice to have".

no unless you have a lot of dust and want to try a new mechanic in this expansion

She is potentially good enough for not disenchanting (I got her in a pack), but I definitely wouldnt craft her
Warlock has seen worse legendaries, i can tell you that.

The title is well written. It is worth a shit.
Rin is way to slow with all her seals to be considered a win condition.
Why take 7+ turns when you can just run something mindless like Exodia mage or Spellstone shaman or even Highlander priest?
