Hi, I have been playing a lot of control warlock both this season and last, and I am looking for help with the deck. Without further ado, here is my list;
I have seen people do things like cut abyssal for tar creeper/other early minions, and some that run elise. I have been running 1 copy of gnomeferatu for a while (after cutting sense demons and jaraxxus) but I am not sure that it is the best card for the deck. A while back I cut my second tainted zealot, as I was ending up too often with spell dmg without any spells for it, and I dont think that I will be changing that back. I have also considered running medivh and another nether, but I dont think that the meta is right for that right now.
A few notes; I am f2p, and although I have a decent collection, including elise, I cannot turn this into a kazakus list. also; If anyone has had success with jaraxxus, i would love to hear about it and might try it again, but last time I found that I was playing jaraxxus just for the heal against aggro, and against priest I get bursted down.
I would love to hear some feedback on this, control warlock is really the only deck i'm laddering with right now and I would love to be able to climb better this season.
Jesus that's one of the most depressing things I've read. Used to be that Jaraxxus was the one-card win condition against Priest, easy peasy. Honestly, just seeing "bursted by priest" puts a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know what Blizzard was thinking. Anyways! Your deck!
I'd say 90% of it is your standard, can't-go-wrong control warlock, and I myself don't see any problems with it. The only card that raises an eyebrow for me is the Happy Ghoul. Something like 20% of the time it will go off of a Mistress, and the other 60% it will go off of Earthen Ring Farseer, which, if it comes out on turn 3, is pretty good, I guess?
Personally I feel like the impact the Ghoul has even when it is played for free isn't quite high enough to justify the card slot. Gnomeferatu is also an interesting decision. I assume you have this card in your deck for the occasional instant-win against Razakus Priest and Quest Mage, yes? If that is your reason for including it, then while I think it's risky, it isn't necessarily a terrible idea. Otherwise, there are better choices. Doomsayer comes to mind. (assuming you have it.)
Now, there are a few options for what to replace Happy Ghoul with. If you're playing against a lot of priests/control decks, a good option for increasing the amount of threats your deck has is Mountain Giant, a classic card for Handlock. If Gnomeferatu turns out not to carry her weight, you could even put two in, assuming you have the dust.
If you're playing against more aggression, you can instead replace Happy Ghoul with a single Defender of Argus in order to turn your Twilight Drakes and other big minions into powerful taunts. Other than that, the deck looks fine. If you have him, you can replace Tainted Zealot with Bloodmage Thalnos, but if you don't, it really doesn't matter a whole lot. Good luck!

Doomsayer feels better than Shadow Bolt. Like you said, Jaraxxus isn't great in this meta.
