I know warlock is not one of the best classes right now, and I think I can complain about it, since it's one of my principal classes, and I've seen that defile is way too op, most of the time you have a 5 damage board clear for only 2 mana, I know that the class needed something against aggro, but defile is way too op. Shouldn't they increase the cost of it to 3 maybe? I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this way but it's very frustating to have all your board cleared by a 2 MANA spell.
You have to remember it's not a 2 manna twisting nether. It's possible to play around it, since it requires a setup. Play tall instead of large if you want to play around defile.
I don't think we should nerf cards that are too strong. Only thoses that are problematic for the game (like the Rogue Quest that was anti-fun and Inervate that greatly reduced the ability to print good druid cards.
If you're playing against a warlock and you set up a board that can be cleared by just defile then you need to think about your plays before you make them, You know what defile does you know how it works, You play into a defile clear then that is your problem and has nothing to do with the card being broken or OP at all, If the warlock has to do math to trade in and defile to clear a full board its also possible for you to do the same math and come to the conclusion that with defile the warlock has a full board clear.
Now if its the other case where the warlock has to play other cards, Spell power, Mortal coil, Shadowbolt ect in order to get a full clear from defile then its not a full board clear for 2 mana, It could end up being a full board clear for 3, 4 or more mana and 2+ cards, Thats quite fine too, Paladins for example can full clear and entire board for 4 mana and 2 cards with wild pyro and equality without any thinking at all require.
The fact that defile requires so much set up and thought process makes it fine. you'd have to get 3 rounds of defile off to make it strictly better than a double whirlwind which is the same mana cost. It's not super infuriating because you know that your player actually had to put some thought into playing it.

Maybe... nah nah nah nah
No it should not be changed as i think it a really skillful card.
You have to set up the board like a domino effect, sometimes Killing your own minions to kill your opponents board.
In some cases its just 2 mana, deal 1 or 2 damage, if you set up the board then your get reward by dealing more damage.
its fine as it is i think, yes a strong card, no not broken IMO.
Compare this card to like jade idol and easy see which is more broken.
Neeeerf theeeem all O:
When Kazakus priest will march on ladder after the nerfs, defile will be the last of your thought process.
NO
No, the card is strong but not enough to bring warlock back to the meta, maybe after nerfs...
UI and Jade Idol are need much more nerf than this card and remain the same.
A card that on its on does a whirlwind effect at worse that cost double its mana Nah.
Yes defile is really good but it is fine for the moment. maybe in the future it might need a recheck

You just aren't playing around it.
Maybe if it was a basic card...
u sound like f2p
I'm a realist!
...The problem is not the problem, the problem is your attitude to the problem.
The card is "overpowered", but not in the context of Warlock, so it's fine.
It's a good card that also require some thinking in order to be used effectivly, so it's ok. I hope they'll print more card like that.
For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Jesus just play around it as best you can, not every card that seems good deserves nerfing lol.
