Might want to hold off until we've seen all of Warlock cards, but I agree Defile is amazing both in term of power level and design. I absolutely love the gnomish vampire art and effect on its own, though the rng it promotes might not be to my liking. Most people apparently hate it, actually.
WARLOCK cards for this new expansion look soo good.
I think warlock is great again.
Really good but in my opinion is not good enough to be great again, warlock need good healing to control be viable but is two steps in right direction.
Defile looks interesting. I really like it, but I am unsure how the effect will turn out in real games.
But I am convinced that gnomish vampire will not be played in viable decks, unless they start to support mill Warlock (that is the only deck that could make use of the effect). River Crokolisk is in no deck and for the same reason the vampire will not see play.
I think people overhype Gnomish Vampire. Discarding your opponent's deck is far inferior to discarding his hand, unless they hit fatigue (or run very specific combo decks) the discard might just end up having no effect at all, rendering Gnomish Vampire a 2 mana 2/3.

3 weeks after the release will see topics for frustrated players asking for nerf this card because her status is too good for the battlecry, river crokolisk cannot win the game in turn 2, this one can if you remove a key card for the opponent strategy, Alex in freeze mage, Sorcerer aprentice in Exodia mage or even an Elise in control priest can make all the diference.
We'll see what else they get. Warlock will need a lot of strong tools to survive long enough to play the 10-mana DK card. I agree that these two cards are awesome. Some people are saying discarding a random card from your opponent's deck isn't that good, but I really think it is. Even if it's not a combo deck, having priest lose a DFP or Rogue lose an eviscerate can be game-changing.

Vs aggro is a ok minion to fight the board.
We will see.I can believe that there will be whine threads about this card, no doubt. But that is simply because in the community you will always find someone who whines about something. Heck, there are people whining about Thoughtsteal .
But yes, let's wait a month and then see which decks are at the top and which cards are played in the respective classes. As I said, unless Warlock gets a mill theme, I am convinced the vampire will not be played.
Defile is definitely a great card. Can't say the same for Gnomish Vampire, it is pretty overrated. In certain control driven meta it might see play, other than that, I doubt.
Kidding about Defile, though I think even that is a bit overrated. But unless some mechanism is introduced to view the top card of your opponent's library, the Gnomish Vampire is utter trash.

And we didn't see the Death hero yet oh my !

Hello.
Defile - Yes this is a great AoE that requires skill. Love this.
Vampire - A good card but nowhere near the outcry from the community.

Gnomish Vampire is too good and going to be nerfed so hard within a month, probably by raising the mana cost.
Death to all who oppose the Horde!

I think we going to enjoy warlock a lot... just hope his death character will be awesome and than - Warlock Great Again !
Defile is great...vampire is an overhyped tech card which will be Prince Malchezaar 2.0 (another highly niche tech card).
Gnomish Vampire will be JOY to use it is not too strong.
Lyra is crazy the new taunt card for druid is crazy.
This one is AWSOME for us WARLOCK players !!!
LUL
Defile looks superstrong, but vampire is (as of yet) irrelevant. Burning a card from your opponent will rarely matter.
I think Gnomish vampire is the most overrated card in spoiler history.
I love Defile! And it's the best way they could bring Lich King's defile into hearthstone, it has exactly the same effect :D
But I just don't see how Gnomish Vampire's effect could be that good; the stats aren't bad tho but it's not worth wasting a slot for.
Amazing how exited people get over a River Crocoliskand an Arcane Explosion

Are you feeling it now, Mr. Krabs?
