-Not enough taunt targets to validate putting in sunfury protectors and argus.
-No doomsayers, they are too important in this meta to stop early aggression of pirate warriors, aggro druids, token shamans and mana wyrm opening.
-Imo its better to have guaranteed removal than potential removal. So Kabal Courier>Shadow Bolt.
-You have too passive decklist, too many weak taunts and minions, you won't be able to put enough pressure against such decks like jade druid, quest warrior or control mage. 1 or 2 Tar Creepers might be fine, but Tar Lurker is way to passive. You should put Mountain Giants, you know the minions that are cheap in a big hand, hence the name handlock and faceless shamblers to support your midrange agressiveness.
-Too much AoE, especially self damaging, which will make the cards too situational.
-Deck is too greedy and too heavy. You might lose the game in couple of first turns, simply cause you didnt draw your early answers, instead you drew your late game cards.
There is couple of ways you can go with Handlock right now:
Been playing this variation for couple of months, reached rank 1 with it 2 times, no legend, simply not enough time and effort. This month I have the time, so will probably reach legend with it. IDK why no one even thought about it. You got healing (chance of landing 2nd Alex from 2 Historians is like 40%), you got AoE, you got big minions and tempo plays.
I just think that Handlock that features watchers and razorleafs is too passive and situational, requires too many deck slots to work properly and can be countered easily in current meta. This list is more proactive, holds lots of value.
So this is the current decklist.
I can't climb past 15 with this. Had a good run up until 15 but been stuck ever since.
Any idea what I got to change up? Took out medivh for alex recently.
Problems of your deck:

There is couple of ways you can go with Handlock right now:
1. Dragon Handlock
2. Classic Handlock (No Watchers)
I just think that Handlock that features watchers and razorleafs is too passive and situational, requires too many deck slots to work properly and can be countered easily in current meta. This list is more proactive, holds lots of value.
3. Classic Handlock (Watchers)
Pure anti aggro handlock, which is gonna lose to most midrange-control decks (Jade Druid, Taunt Warrior, Control Mage).
Try this:
I'm loving it.
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."
