So I've been messing around with Finja in Zoo with Seadevil Stingers (so we're not exactly talking about a Tier 1 deck here) and the rest of the Murloc package and decided to try putting in The Curator and King Mukla. While The Curator doesn't seem too great (for pretty obvious reasons) King Mukla has been working out really well. The bananas are only really useful when the opponent has minions on board, and Zoo can pretty reliably guarantee a clear board by turn 3. Also, the 5/5 body can usually stick around for Defender of Argus on Turn 4. The main problem is that it's outclassed by Imp Gang Boss and Darkshire Councilman. Do you think there's a place for Mukla in Zoo after the rotation?

The community is going to want a replacement for Imp Gang Boss once more cards get revealed, and I'm sure Blizz will come up with something. When it comes down to King Mukla though, we'll just have to see how truly powerful a lot of these new Control cards are in comparison to a very Midrange-Zooish card like him. Plus, Un'Goro is known for having Gorillas...
Generally speaking, competitive players dont want situational things. You will never see this card in competitive plays because its double-side effect might help or might harm.
Mukla's stat is decent. If you like Mukla, you can use him right now without waiting for the next expansion. Try to throw 2 bananas to an 8-card hand, and then hear your opponent says "WOW".
That's amazing: since getting the Tiny Knight of Evil from the chest 18 days ago my main deck is Discardlock, right now I opened King Mukla and I go to HearthPwn to update my legendary list and what do I find - this thread :D
Because 5 attack is more threatening. 5 health is easier to die. Mukla's summoning soundtrack is so tense (it will be repeated more than 3 times if things go right).

King Mukla is my favorite legendary.

With the drastic drop in Tempo Mage lately, this isn't a bad idea.

I probably will test it now ^^
Try this for fun:
Turn 3: King Mukla
Turn 4: Resurrect
Turn 5: Onyx Bishop
Half of my opponents conceded when they saw the 3rd Mukla.

@rongchoi
Why not Injured Blademaster instead?

Simply put, it's more fun and troll.
Moreover, why not both Mukla and Blademaster?
