Claims like this are quite worthless without a VOD of you playing the games. My handlock with a sea giant and 2 owls does pretty damn well vs this kind of deck, and with the insane amount of zoo now, 80% winratio seems far off. Did you count the games, or just feel that way?
I think this kind of decks are sad for the game, and I wish for a lot of hard-counter cards to come. It is not fun to play against and too cheap. Even as handlock or hunter, you are way more draw dependant then the zoo player.

Well it's possible a few days ago when everyone was taken aback to see EggZoo. I tried using it at the time and it was very successful (9 straight wins ) due to the surprise factor. After that I started seeing lots of counter decks popping up and my Zoo win rate dropped significantly. In the end, had to rely on Miracle Rogue to carry me to Legend.
if everybody makes a thread when they get some ranks with zoo, which is really hard i heard, this forum is gonna be a bigger mess than it allready is
I mean, i posted this deck on the day the cards were released... the deck is considerably weaker in about an hour. and like i say, i hit legend in under 4 hours of play, so i thought it might interest people. obviously there are a lot of people who have made the deck since then.

I was 14-1 vs non zoo when i stopped counting, and i never lost to a Handlock. I dont know how many levels i gained, but...I unlocked one golden void walker as my entire reward while leveling up 25 stars with no win streak bonus. and im sure your super innovative double owl and a sea giant handlock was safely in rank 14 where i didnt have to worry about it.
Good read. I love reading threads about people winning lots with zoo.
Agree, it's very rare so I really like it when I see people give zoo a chance. So such an underappreciated/unexplored list. Hopefully threads like this will lead a few more people to trying out zoo.
You must have been incredibly lucky or this is total BS. I'm using similar deck and hovering between rank 4-5 at about 55% winrate.
Sometimes just 2 cards make a lot of difference.
Also, a good deck doesn't make a good player. Skill > Luck.
That is ridiculous. The amount of rng and luck that is hardwired in the game doesn't allow consistent winrates of 80-90%+.
I know a guy who went from rank 5 to legend with a 87% winrate using EggZoo. It's definitely possible.
I did say "consistent". Please read more carefully before replying.
Surprise factor -> skill -> luck. Only way to achieve those sorts of winrates mentioned (pro or not) is with good luck of the draw, skill and a great "new" deck no one has adjusted to yet, as has been made clear in this topic as well as many others across this forum. This time the surprise factor was Naxx-cards and OP cleverly exploiting it using every minute of the time window before meta adjusted.
