Cards that help this include Onyxia, who can summon lots of whelps, Illidan who can summon the Flames of Azzinoth, various low level creatures, Feral Spirit, and the Shaman ability itself. This deck also has various elementals, and other powerful cards, just in case you need a back up way to deal tons of damage. If you are at 10 or below health, the Giant will be free because he costs one less for each damage, and 10 = 30 - 20. I have never played Hearthstone myself, so please give me feed back.
Couple comments - first up, I like the idea behind the deck, but I feel you have too many high cost minions. If you're aiming to kill them with Bloodlust, you'll want a slightly lower mana curve so you have a lot of minions out mid-game.
Second, as far as I'm aware, Spellpower doesn't buff Bloodlust at all. :( I'm not in the beta, so I could be mistaken, but I'm 99% certain it only increases damage-based spells.
Durandil is right. Spellpower does not affect anything that isn't damage. It will affect things like Lightning bolt, but NOT things like Claw, Bloodlust, Holy Nova's healing, or Mark of Nature.
