Shaman seems to have different viable archetypes: elemental, quest, OTK but I can't make a single one work. I am stuck at P5 and this has never happened to me before. I have alway at least reached diamond in the last year.
It seems that whatever deck I try sooner or later I start facing counters that push me all the way back. This wasn't happening before D5 where you don't have stars bonus but at platinum?
I have been having a lot of fun and moderate success with OTK shaman. I like how some games you win simply by burning them down with corrupted cards from yshaarj without the combo if they are low enough or by falling back on freeze shaman strats if they have a big board.
I feel like I am running a fairly standard list with some minor swaps. I use multicastor, so I added chain lighting instead of frostbite for increase draw, since frost is already well covered and the minion removal actually works nicely on pirates and rogues. Also swapped arcane studies for devolving missiles, back when paladins were more of a problem.
I've been having a ton of success with Bolner OTK Shaman. I don't run Multicaster, but use Primal Dungeoneer for draw (4/8 spells in my deck are Nature, the others are 2 Windchills and 2 Wildpaw Caverns which are insane in any deck with Lightning Bloom, they have won me many games already on t1). My deck:
The deck has multiple win conditions. Sometimes I snowball with early board presence and win by tempo. Sometimes I build a huge Snowfall guardian (or 2 by repeating with McCaw) and smack the opponent in the face. Some games I chain a Bolner + the Mutanus effect and eat all the minions from my opponent's hand. And finally there is the Corrupt OTK
I played a very fast Version of quest shamy up to legend 3500, then it starts to struggle cuz everything is rogue up there. teching viper cripples the Deck to hard.
I've been playing a burn-freeze shaman from Warshack. It's taken me from Bronze to legend 3000 with about 5 losses along the way and it seems to do well against most decks particularly rogues who are very plentiful. (paladin, hunter and druid can be a bit of a struggle if you get a slow start). I haven't really lost at all, but I don't play that much so keep dropping ranks between games (went from 3200 up to 4200 without playing now I'm back up to 3200 again).
He has a decent 2 hour, 18 win streak, video of him playing it, which should give a pretty good indication of how it should play out.

Is it me or is shaman actually struggling now?

Climbed to D1 using quest shammy. Has some pretty favorable matchups i find.

But is it only me who gets constantly hunters and rogues? They kill me every single f... time

There are still a lot of viable shaman decks https://sharehs.com/shaman/
It feels that Shaman is super strong as a tournament class right now, but quite meh for ladder.
No its not you.
Shaman is struggling right now, doesn't matter which deck you play.
The fact that a lot of classes has such strong draw and more effective cards make it very weak right now.
Like you i have been playing ever single type of shaman deck and I have been stuck at D10.
They gave shaman a unnecessary nerf last time and failed to address the problem with other classes.
I expect them to apply more ineffective nerfs (if any) against rogue, warrior, druid and pally
These classes are over tuned like crazy but for some reason they don't want to touch them.
I know this game is unbalanced but I am starting to think they purposely unbalanced it in certain classes favor.
OK after several trials and errors I have to say that the only deck that really works right now is burn shaman. At least until the next patch
