According to Dean Ayala (from Q&A a week ago - I read it on Out of Cards) it is confirmed that some new form of card draw will be available to Shaman, most probably in the new expansion. I recommend you to read it as well :)
I hope it will be something sufficient for Shaman to keep up with the meta, however who knows what the meta might be after the rotation. These are some unprecedented changes that are coming for us.

And in the end, this did not happen
Well, I assume he was referring to the terrible Tinyfin's Caravan card.
It looks pretty disgusting that mage got 3*2=6 good draw cards in its deck and shaman got 0 draw cards. What is this? I played some shaman decks recently and all times in mid game I got few cards in my hand and mage keep going and going with full hand. Other classes also got options for card draw. But not Shaman. Good job Blizzard.
As was mentioned in an above portion of the thread, the development team is aware that card draw is an essential mechanic of cards games, and denying any class a form of card draw isn't a good thing. Changes that we'll actually see in the form of cards in expansions might come in one or two expansions, definitely not going to be an immediate change.
Massive shifts in card design philosophy like "all classes should do this one thing at least sort of well" take time to implement.
just use mana spring totem guys, 3 mana draw one is really good, maybe not as good as 0 mana draw 2 like what age rogue and warrior got but it is still good... lol
It makes me wonder why refreshing spring water wasn’t a shaman card. It would make more sense thematically, not be totally busted since no minion shaman isn’t a thing and really give shaman a boost in card draw. It’s a missed opportunity, at least should have been a dual class card.

they want to force archetypes and busted cards with specific requirements is how they do it, just wait, one day shaman will get a busted forced archetype again, lets just hope it is not rng fiesta like last time with evolve

Pretty sure that, like mana biscuits, it's flavourfully related to mages conjuring water (and drinking a lot :P) in WoW. It's a stupid card, though, strong if it only hits one spell (now that's a nerf to RSW I could support - restore 2 mana crystals if you draw at least one spell. It needs some nerf, though, as much as most nerfs would kill Mozaki mage in STD), bonkers if it hits two.
Shammies certainly need either draw or other CA sources. If they're meant to be weak on draw, look into spell generation. Just have to hope for the miniset, I guess.
I know, shaman class is not good at card draw but I sometimes witness my opponents draw 5-10 cards more than me in some matches.
It is impossible to compete in such conditions.
Imo, either shaman card draw or shaman cards should be buffed for balance.
While I agree with you on card draw, we are getting a whole new meta in 2 weeks. Who knows how things will be there

quest shaman has plenty of card draw.
The overload mechanic makes up for this plenty.......
such salt much BM.
Shaman has lots of card generation mainly.
But honestly, outside of Mage, Rogue and Demon Hunter most of the classes' card draw is pretty on par.
And in the end, this did not happen

please don't bully my son
Maybe shaman Will also get a legendary that draws 3 specific cards like warrior and Hunter.
I mean, there is Vashj Prime
No I am not saying it is a great card, but amusingly, it is exactly what you described.

My idea for a new legendary.
Evolving Amalgam 6 mana 6/6
Battlecry: Choose a minion type
- Elemental: If you played an elemental last turn draw three cards
- Murloc: draw a card for every friendly murloc that has died this turn
- Totem: draw a card for every totem you control
What do you think? :D

They just needed to buff mana tide to 4hp (and maybe 2 mana). It would probably still only probably draw 2 cards at most before being dealt with.
We do have the new Kazakus minion that can create a minion that draws two when summoned... it’s something anyway.
Mana tide still works pretty well if shaman has the right tempo, but its cost has to be lowered to 2 mana.
