Quest Shaman is pretty strong deck. It's a deck that can deal 20 dmg from hand in some situations. It just needs refinement as many players just play the wrong cards.
Just played hero power into swampqueen with bloodlust and rockbiter.
But those plays feel super inconsistent. Furthermore i watched some quest shaman and they all got beaten up until a lucky discovery. I think this deck might be to rng'ish overall

If you are buffing minions on the board with a bloodlust effect, that does not qualify as "from hand."

I'm playing Highlander Quest Shaman right now and it's pretty good, and fun. Doubling up Zephrys's battlecry and bounce it back several times is insane, and Shaman really has enough tools to play singletons imo.
Idea is to have Elysiana/Shudder carrying your Warrior match-up (with tons of Zephrys bouncing back you are ok value-wise) and try to tech the deck for aggressive opponent. Zephrys early against murlocs discovering Hungry Crab is insane, especially if you bounce backthe crab or zephrys to get even more.
Most quest shamans I saw just searched "battlecry" and crammed 29 minions along with the quest, all the way up to rank 5.
Crappy decks like that will of course bring the winrate down. We need to wait until the majority of players moves to more refined decks until we can make assumptions about the meta.

thank you. looks pretty standard except the spellbreaker. i think blizzard should buff the evil totem to 3 hp

Actually it can go far beyond 20 dmg :)
