No one can tell how long a card will remain in Standard anymore.
I think Baku and Genn are exceptions...
...and we think both will remain in Standard for another year and no one ever think about HoF because until this happen only classic cards was HoFed and all are wrong about that.
This is a terrible precedent, it is clear now any card Blizzard don't like or don't know how to balance they just send for Wild sooner and (cof, cof) "problem solved".
Maybe, just maybe, this is a truly one time exception, but no one can tell for sure, so, what I said remain:

I'd say Hagatha is a safe craft. She playable in pretty much any Shaman deck and I'm sure she will be good post-rotation. Shudderwock depends more on the rest of the cards to support him so I'd wait to craft him.
Both are solid and strong cards, but I recommend holding your horses. Those cards aren't "must haves" atm, and we can't be sure if there will be any archetypes that'll support them. Still, if anything midrange (or slower) will appear for Shaman, Hagatha will always be a good choice.
Everyone’s saying that Shudderwock isn’t that good now, but there are some situations where he wins you the game.
And those situations are extremely niche and not as common as what most decks in the meta can put you through.
Which is why Shaman isn't tiered right now. And which is why Shudderwock is not considered a great card right now.
Very true. Shudder was played as a stupid OTK finisher, but it's a great addition to tempo decks (and is really cool), but since tempo decks have a shitty life atm, it's not played.
There is 0 worry that Shudderwock won't be one of the most powerful legendaries in the new Standard...and Hagatha has a proven power level. If you intend to play the two cards in Wild it's a slam dunk, they're powerful, engaging and exciting. Win, win.

I think Hagatha might get considerably better when rotation hits, as it filters out a lot of crappy spells.
No more Ice Fishing, Primal Talismans, Spellstone or Cryostasis cluttering your hand is a big upside.
Losing Volcano, Healing Rain and Unstable Evolution kinda stings, but overall it's a good tradeoff.
Depends on what will happend to the Shaman. A card to be great need a t1/t2 deck :)
Wait next expansion! Just one month
I'm hoping they'll BOTH be great in a midrange/control Shaman list, here's an initial Theorycraft:
